We accepted this job as a hot tub move. Upon arrival, there was also a large gazebo cover that had not been disclosed during booking. The cover required additional time, equipment, and coordination and was well outside the original scope of work. Despite this, we worked to accommodate the customer and ultimately completed the move. The lack of accurate job details created unnecessary delays and frustration. Better communication and more complete information at the time of booking would greatly improve the experience for service providers and customers alike.

The concept is genius - the reality is not.

I began using .commonplace.is to comment on my local Bromsgrove Plan, and soon encountered bugs and inconsistencies in the UI which discourage community engagement rather that encourage it.

Sites Map takes you to map 18 where comments are accepted but not shown. Only by going scrolling down are we able to access map 19 where comments are accepted and logged.

When adding digital photos to support a comment file names cannot be filename.JPG, must be filename.jpg

Written documents are encouraged in PDF format, but .PDF is rejected, they must be filename.pdf

Inconsistent User Interface: On some menus the Happy to Sad icons are left to right, on others they are right to left.

Please test this software before deploying it.
