We accepted this job as a hot tub move
We accepted this job as a hot tub move. Upon arrival, there was also a large gazebo cover that had not been disclosed during booking. The cover required additional time, equipment, and coordination and was well outside the original scope of work. Despite this, we worked to accommodate the customer and ultimately completed the move. The lack of accurate job details created unnecessary delays and frustration. Better communication and more complete information at the time of booking would greatly improve the experience for service providers and customers alike.
