I ordered a nightlight. It was beautiful. However, the nightlight could not stand because they superglue the light cord on the bottom leaving a bump so the light could not stand and falls over. I ordered 4. Not only did they overcharge my credit card, my receipt was $95 but they charged me $110..... they refused to allow me to return for refund as their 100%money back policy says. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS. Also, they imply they are out of US or UK, but they are out of China. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Wish I could give 0 stars because it’s been just over 2 months since I placed my order and still haven’t received it. The tracking hasn’t updated since September 14th. I am going to open a claim with my bank because it was a $200 order!!!!! They always respond to emails with the same automated message that gives you absolutely no help at all

Impressed with the rings quality. Shipping took three weeks, which felt a bit long. Price fits the quality, though a bit quicker delivery would enhance the experience.

It takes over a month to get this which is ridiculous. You can get this on Amazon from a different company and get it 10x faster. This was a birthday gift for a friend which has come and gone and I still don’t have it. I will never order from here again.

The ad shows a big letter and when you get it it's smaller than your hand. I paid thirty dollars! Very misleading. It's a scam!

Ordered in May from an instagram ad as a Mothers Day gift, & received in August. The product was far from superior like the add & flowers were dead & missing petals. They offered me $11 usc back I payed $72 usc, total loss & junk purchase.

I ordered two lighted letters as night lights with flowers in resin. The order was placed May 4, 2024, and it is July 30, 2024, and I have not received my order. I am so sad that I have been scammed.

If I could give this company a 0 I would. Total scam, no product received! It's been 2.5 months and all they say is they are "checking with the carrier". Terrible customer service, a joke.

Totally scam company. Don’t waist your time and money. I bought a flower letter as a Mother’s Day gift to a friend but it never arrived. Also, they use this “Core business/Tracking-Hub“ company that sucks and no one never heard about them. I already know that I lost my money so please DO NOT lose yours.

Ordered And item for my daughters ninth birthday. It took two months to arrive. It looked nothing like the resin letters they advertised. They offered $20 refund Or if I wanted a full refund, I had to return it back to China. Customer service is awful. Do not buy their products.

Purchased “ Lighted Floral letter “A” 3rd week in April and received mid of June. Emailed numerous times as I was leaving town and requested impending delivery date. Needless to say it arrived while I was in another State. The flowers are hideous, rough marks and fingerprints indentations on the resin and I can’t give this to a child. Requested refund, sent pics per their request. Sent several times. Still nothing. Buyer Beware.

I'm having the same issue as many on here with the acrylic letter product. Ordered 5/4/2024. Supposed to be 30 day delivery. Last update on 6/2/2024 that shipper has it and no updates for 2 weeks, and replies for info other than they can't provide shipper info. How convenient. Total scam company.

Would rate a zero on customer service. You get an email showing status, leaving plant in Ireland, goes through Ireland, customs, gets through US customs, shipper has it then crickets. Ordered it on May 30th. Websites say no more than 30 days, its been 45 days. Then today I get an email that it's been shipped from China. Not surprised that it is Chinese, but 45 days when Temu delivers in a week. Buyer be aware. And I'm the first to comment? Do they erase bad comments? No they only allow confirmed delivery to comment on website. They cannot tell me where the item is. And I paid expedited shipping. Shaking my head.

I bought 2 lighted letters in late April 2024. Here it is June 11th and my order still has not arrived. The tracking # provided at the ship of the items which still shows not delivered doesn't match the tracking # provided where it shows delivered. I have not heard back from their customer service with my refund request, after several attempts.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. TOTAL SCAM!!!!

Waited 42 days for the lighted flower night light. It finally arrived today & the wire to the light snapped right off when I touched it. Not worth sending back to England for a refund. Terrible business.

Total scam, bought a letter with flowers in on May 1st and paid expedited shipping. It’s the 30th now and still nothing. Nothing more than they stole my money because the customer service is a joke and clearly just trying to keep me quiet. Empty promises.

Cleaning them is hassle-free. The Teacups Ladies I bought are satisfactory. Despite daily usage, there are no visible chips or cracks. Would definitely recommend.
