I paid around 500 PLN and never received my order. The store refuses to take responsibility and keeps hiding behind a “delivered” status, even though they have not provided any real proof that the parcel was delivered to me.
Their customer service is shocking. Instead of solving the problem, they send partial screenshots and repeat the same useless answer. No proper proof of delivery, no refund, no real help.
Be careful - this looks like cheap dropshipping from China, and if your parcel disappears, you may be left with nothing.
I lost 500 PLN. Never again.
