Used to be a good company to deal with had nothing but broblems with them this year. will not use them again. never trust them to take payment by card. did renewal on 3 monthly payment and they took full payment

You and I have spoken a number of times on this matter. We did indeed take the full annual premium by mistake rather than 1/3rd as agreed.
Our QC process picked this up the same day (which was a Friday), the payment didn't leave your bank until the Monday, we refunded you the payment the same day. We also gave an ex-gratia discount on your premium as an apology.
We are still the same people you have dealt with for many years, nothing has changed. We are human, we may sometimes make a mistake, as we did hear. If this happens we act swiftly and fairly and with your best interest at heart.

Jack was super helpful from the start, his knowledge and he helped to secure a far better price for the insurance than our previous supplier which is way better for us.

All ok very annoying you charge for changing a vehicle for a few days when your is broken down ,still be taken into consideration when renewing policy

Hi Tony. Thanks for taking time out to write this review. Really appreciated. Frustratingly some insurers will only let you add vehicles as a temporary addition rather than a temporary change. This does incur a charge unfortunately. Please to hear you're otherwise happy with our service.

They need to Not rip people off …
They need to Not rip people off ...deposit never went through as the bank thought it was a scam .so we never used the vehicle but still got charged 500.00 in fees and cancellations

Hi James. Thank you for taking time out to write this review. Just for context, cover was provided under your policy, the deposit didn't clear and 1 week later you telephoned our office to cancel. The insurers were on risk for the week, we incurred costs in administering your policy, and further costs when cancelling it. We are always transparent on any charges that you may incur prior to taking out the policy. Sorry it didn't work out for you and I wish you all the success in the future.
They are all staff very Friendly
