Very easy company to work with, they always made sure that all information was transparent and easy to understand. They also always sent out relevant documentation on time and I never had to chase after important things. It's nice to have a company that provides a hassle free user friendly experience and their customer service is also extremely great - super quick to respond with immediate help!

According to the contract pay role adviced £124 per/day, but i instead received is £108 per day. Why is it that please?

Overall, a quick registration process, although it would be nice to be able to manually enter your date of birth, i.e. 20.7.70, rather than click through nearly 55 years as I had to.

I had Junior call me to talk me through my contract. I have worked in the HR and contracting field for over 10 years and can honestly say, this was most clear, professional and informative session I have experienced. He explained all points at a steady pace, checked for my understanding and asked if i had any questions. Most of all he was polite and knowledgeable.
