We cannot recommend Ellie Smith at Competa Properties highly enough.

From the very beginning of our search for a home in Cómpeta, Ellie was professional and exceptionally knowledgeable. She has a real technical understanding of how Spanish homes function — from irrigation and plumbing to solar systems and wells — and she knows the local property market inside out. Not only did she take us to visit countless properties, but she navigated the country roads and dirt tracks like the back of her hand. She was completely dedicated to helping us find the right property, spending days driving us around and ensuring we saw every suitable option. She listened carefully to what we were looking for and ultimately found us a home that perfectly matched our needs — something we are absolutely delighted with.

What truly sets Ellie apart is the support she provides throughout the entire process. Buying a property abroad can feel overwhelming at times, but she guided us every step of the way. She was always available to answer questions, clearly explain procedures, and ensure everything moved forward smoothly. Her communication was excellent, and we always felt confident that we were in safe hands.

Ellie was exceptional. She has a wealth of knowledge of the areas we were looking at to buy our home. Ellie kept us informed and was very quick to respond to any questions we had. She went above and beyond in helping us with our property purchase.

Kept us up to date every step of the way and made the process so much easier. I can’t speak highly enough of this company. Not only did they help us find and buy a property, but have looked after our needs post sale. I find this refreshing! We were very happy with the service of Competa Properties. Even when it was difficult for them to manage a specific date and time for an appointment, they found a way to our satisfaction. Especially Harry was a big help for us. We came many times to the house when the owner was not there, but every time he came with a smile on his face.

Ik heb 2 / 5week terug 4 draaibare eetkamer stoelen.van het merk sofie besteld.het zou binnen 6 dagen geleverd wordenmaar tot nu nog steeds niet binnen gekregen.heb al betaald.maar heb ook.nog niets van.hun gehoord.vind ik niet netjes.wil wel.graag mijn geld terug als ze eventueel die stoelen niet meer hebben.

We zijn heel tevreden over de service en uitvoering van Competa properties. Van het eerste contact tot de oplevering van onze verbouwing, alles verliep vlot en naar wens.
Aankoopproces:
 Het aankoopproces was een bijzonder aangename ervaring, mede dankzij Elly. Ze nam alle tijd om naar onze wensen te luisteren, gaf ons het vertrouwen om de juiste keuzes te maken. Haar professionele, maar ook persoonlijke aanpak, zorgde ervoor dat we ons vanaf het begin goed begrepen voelden.
Papierwerk en administratie: 
Margherita heeft gezorgd voor een vlekkeloze administratieve afhandeling. Het papierwerk werd snel en accuraat geregeld, wat voor ons als klant enorm belangrijk was. Haar efficiënte werkwijze zorgde ervoor dat we ons konden focussen op andere zaken, terwijl zij de formaliteiten op zich nam.
De verbouwing zelf:
 Tijdens de verbouwing werden we goed op de hoogte gehouden door Celle (eigenaar van het bedrijf), die een uitstekende opvolging verzorgde. Hij was altijd bereikbaar voor vragen en zorgde ervoor dat alles volgens plan verliep. De medewerkers die het werk uitvoerden, deden dit met oog voor detail en vakmanschap. Het was duidelijk dat ze zeer ervaren zijn en het werk met zorg en precisie uitvoerden.
Resultaat:
 Het eindresultaat is precies zoals we het ons hadden voorgesteld. Elk detail is zorgvuldig en professioneel uitgevoerd, en we kunnen nu genieten van een prachtig huis dat volledig voldoet aan onze verwachtingen.
Kortom, we kunnen Competa properties van harte aanbevelen! Hun klantgerichte benadering, vakmanschap en uitstekende communicatie hebben ervoor gezorgd dat we een zo goed als stressvrije ervaring hadden. Een topbedrijf dat je met een gerust hart kunt inschakelen voor je bouw- of renovatieproject!
