We had a very stressful sale, due to our buyers Solictors. (They were useless!)We ended up exchanging and completing on the same day! So very stressful.
But Sharon kept us in the loop every step, if I emailed Sharon, she always replied or called me. Staff were very patient with us ,but reacted very quickly.
This selling was a new experience to us ,so often we asked them to explain the procedures.This they did but still completed very quickly.We mainly dealt with Georgina who was first class.
