Complete building Control is a very professional and helpful Company always A phone call away for any information I need or help with anything. Will always recommend this company to other people and will always use this company in the future James And Craig Have always been helpful through every project I have passed there way.

I have to first admit that I hadn’t read any reviews for Complete Building Control when my builders recommended them and then was totally mortified to see the reviews posted about them AFTER I had appointed them!

I am absolutely delighted therefore to give this review and 5* rating, as they have been brilliant!

They have responded to emails and phone calls promptly, addressed queries I’ve presented and given detailed explanations of things I didn’t quite understand.

I am very happy (and relieved) to have had a positive experience with Complete Building Control and have given 5* based on my experience of using them.

I have used complete building control LTD for the last 12 years and have completed over one hundred projects with them to date, I have always found them very professional and efficient from the admin team when registering projects and booking inspections, to the surveyors for site visits always on time with there inspections, follow ups and professional manner in the way they conduct themselves, I would recommend these guys 100% keep up the good work.

Having used CBC Ltd for several years we find them to be generally reliable, professional and helpful.In the early years they were victims of their own success with rapid expansion causing occasional issues but seem to have grown into themselves over these last few years.

Easy Architectural Services.

I design extensions and loft conversions and use Complete Building Control for most of my projects. I have been very pleased with them. They are efficient and communicate well. We have had varied inspectors on jobs but they all seem very competent and helpful.

Great firm to work with, staffed with proficient and friendly personnel. Most surveyors respond to queries very quickly. Inspection requests booked in for next day or two.

Complete Building Control are a very helpful and competent service, all of there staff are friendly and easy to work with and I will continue to use them on behalf of my clients.

Really poor service from a chaotic organisation that only act normal until you instruct and pay for their services upfront.No response for most of the correspondence and careless building inspectors of very low calibre with no customer care skills.Avoid .

If you want an officer who doesn’t check your drawings, or doesn’t give you a simple phone call when he spots a very important issue, and then leaves you with no choice but to pay £5000 for entirely preventable remedial works right at the end, then this is the company for you. Oh and don’t expect any sort of time slots for their appointments. Just book the whole day off work and wait for a curt text message on the day.

ps: having just read the previous comments, I totally agree something funny is going here.
When my remedial works were being undertaken we overheard the workmen discussing they’re going to more and more jobs like this, almost like they are deliberately missing things so you have to pay huge costs to fix the problems once the projects finished. Please do avoid them!! I hope this helps even just one person avoid this stress. And I’m sure it obvious to all but the 5 stars reviews are quite clearly fake…

We have recieved a excellant service provided by our Building Central Body. The legal paperwork was given on time and the inspector has made several visits during each stage of the process. The inspector has given us helpful advice and guidance all the way through. We highly recommend the company to those carrying out any building work.

Used for the building of my single storey side extension and had no issues they checked everything and even bought areas to the attention of the builder that need to be rectified. very good service and they were always happy to provide advice on any building related questions that I raised.

Excellent service provided by complete building control, Bhinder in particular he was very proactive giving support and advice through out the build. He was always on time to allow the program of work to continue without any delays. We found CBC to be excellent with inquire, quote legal documentation and site supervision. We would highly recommend as the building control provider on your projects.

Working with Complete Building Control was an excellent experience, from scheduling, payment and the inspection's. Our inspector Michael, was knowledgeable, critical and extremely helpful to my builders guiding them when things were not as they should be not only by stating the work was incorrectly done but with a solution to rectify. It's been a pleasure working with the company and I'm looking forward to working with this company with my future projects as they are not the typical building company that are constantly late on inspections pushing jobs behind schedule. They always answer the phone and respond to emails the same day in and out of office hours what more do you want? nothing more to say 5* review earned

Very professional, called before coming on site. Explained what was being checked and what the builder had been asked to do for the loft conversion. The inspector was knowledgeable and polite , not sure why some of the other reviews are not good I have had no issues.

I chanced upon these Trust Pilot reviews and read through them with a degree of alarm. I have used CBC for many projects over the past 4 years, and I don't recognise the company that most of the reviewers describe. I have always found the surveyors impartial, professional, and knowledgeable. I can assure anyone reading this that, in my experience, they are certainly not, and have never been, 'in cahoots' with the contractor. I can only assume that the differing experiences are due to the actions of individual surveyors in geographical areas other than ours (West Midlands).
