Just bought my first home and I cant thank Alison and Tia enough for helping me out and making it all go smoothly!

I cannot rate Complete enough. We had been battling with our previous estate agents for over 6 months, chasing up feedback and any progress in the market. Complete offered a friendly and personal approach with weekly updates on the market, the area and our feedback from viewers. They have chased up loose ends from our previous estate agents and always offered friendly support. We first reached out to Finlay who gave us everything and more we needed to know, things I hadn’t been aware of even when being with a previous agents beforehand. A huge thanks Tia who offered us friendly and officiant support, it’s a little thing but Tia knew all of our names even when bumping into her out and about. Ryan and Alison were always on the end of the phone when needed, huge thanks to all.

We had a fantastic experience with Tia. She has worked so hard to go above and beyond to help us sell our property. Throughout the process, she has always kept us updated in her lovely and positive manner. We co-listed with another local agent but Tia at Complete has out-performed them by far. I would really recommend Complete it has been a great experience.

Through every step the communication was great and responses to our queries were speedy and well informed. I would 100% recommend complete to my family or friends. We’ve rented with Complete lettings team for nearly 2 years now and it’s been such a great experience. Always responsive with maintenance issues, supportive with settling in and even moving out! Only reason for moving out is need for bigger space. Much appreciation to Paul especially from the lettings team. Highly recommend.

Whole process so far has been incredibly smooth, as a first time buyer it’s been excellent customer service, both with viewings at the property and with over the phone and email communication, so far has been a lovely experience!

Buying our first home in Cranbrook we had the pleasure of meeting Tia in our initial viewings, who was absolutely fabulous in getting to know us and our needs for our first home. We then have been working with Alison as our purchase moves through the process who has been brilliantly attentive for our case.
