I saw a video about Complete Smiles on Instagram and clicked on it, and not long after I got a call from someone on their team. I spoke to Nithish, who was really lovely to deal with, softly spoken, humble, no pressure at all, just a genuinely nice guy. I booked my appointment with him over the phone.

When I went in, Dr Malavi treated me so kindly. She speaks both English and Tamil depending on what the patient's comfortable with, which made me feel really at ease. Everyone else on the team was friendly too, and the place was clean and well kept.

I live in West London so it was a bit of a journey to get there, but it was completely worth it. I feel really good about the whole thing and would definitely recommend Complete Smiles.

Avoid this dentist completely. They are an unethical and careless set up. I went to get a bridge removed by them , it was repaired perfectly but the dentist refused to fit it back after taking it out because I did not pay them the money to get it replaced through their practice. Left me with nothing but four sharp screws in my mouth because they refuse to replace it they would not even take the screws back out again ...Completely unethical people here and only interested in fleecing patients , avoid at all costs if you have any sense.

I had done the emergency appointment they treated me on the same day. Really amazing service and they are very friendly. Highly recommended!

What a journey from the excellent kindness helpfullness from Musa who guided me and gave me the reassurance of what a great decision this would be, on arriving and at complete smiles bournmouth the magical smiles from Chris (manager in bournemouth) who was kind pleasant and cheerful 😊 and the Dr Anta who helped get me sorted with a smile overtime even tho she said I was the worst sedation patient ever lol, the the finish with the kind Dr Pedro who placed my implants with so much kindness and precision, what a dream 😀
And massive thank you to everyone at complete smiles and Musa for always going above and beyond your caring and kindness shows 😊 ❤️ 😀 ♥️ 💕 ☺️

By 1 am and and 4 ibuprofen, I was in incredible pain, called complete smiles and by 1.30 am Dr Malavi was prepping me for an extraction, she calmed me down and explained in detail how to deal with the aftermath hour by hour. she is a Angel with magic hands, Thank you , thank you

Very very happy with how I have been treated by Dr Malavi and Dr Pedro. I had Dental Implants and overall from my first visit to my last I must say I have felt at ease throughout.

avoid this place!!!

i paid tens of thousands here less than 2 years ago for a full set of implants, top and bottom. was told it’s the best option, long lasting, all that. trusted them completely and went all in.

fast forward to now and 2 of the teeth have just fallen out. actually fallen out. not a small issue! how is that even acceptable after only 2 years and that kind of money paid!?

so i went in today expecting them to fix THEIR work… and i get told it’ll be around £2000. another two grand. after everything i’ve already paid, to fix something that they did wrong in the first place?! I don't think its normal to have your tooth falling out after 2 years of having them fitted!

i feel ripped off. simple as that. you don’t spend that sort of money to have things falling apart in under 2 years and then get hit with another bill to fix it, do they expect me to pay £2000 every year from now on as I only expect the rest of the teeth to keep falling out too!

Now this either going to be fixed or I will be reporting you to trading standards!

I recently had a filling done with Dr. Malavi and it was such a positive experience from start to finish. The procedure was smooth, and the team made me feel completely at ease. Truly excellent service all around!

I came in for single implant and it was the best decision I have made m, I was offered drinks at the clinic and was then seen be the dentist afterwards I had a discussion regarding the finance and everything felt really easy and re assuring

I came here to have composite bonding,
Firstly , the staff are all really lovely, place is clean and everything welcoming.

Unfortunately my composite bonding was not great. From the start my teeth almost looked like the jokers , I was then invited back and had things tweaked , however unfortunately the end result was never really attractive and made me feel if anything worse than I did before. I was left with wonky chipped teeth ( this was still after all the visits) I would not recommend for composite bonding maybe other treatments but definitely not composite bonding.
I was given half my money back however I was left out of pocket as had to have previous ones removed and redone so ended up paying out double .

A very good experience with complete smiles. Its a very family oriented clinic.
