Disaster!!! Ordered a pair of Airmax 95 pink big bubble women’s shoes in a size 10.5 however received the wrong size in a 8.5! No phone number to reach support so I informed the complex team via email. Went back and fourth with a couple of representatives / I informed them due to their mistake I was requesting a refund back to my original payment method. After several emails I was informed by Jonnell that the “internal team” has reviewed my request and is honoring a refund back including shipping cost. Few days past I receive an email stating my return has been received and a refund processing but in a form of gift card less the shipping cost!! I reached back out due to complex not keeping their word and connected with Ghilanne who acknowledged and asked me to hold until she escalates to the team. 4 business days pass so I follow up yet again to be told because a gift card was issued they can’t cancel that nor refund money to my credit card! Complete disaster and am so furious! Received a wrong size at their fault and they do not stand behind their words! **** refunds are processed as gift cards which I understand but at their fault they should always honor monies back / make that exceptions. Exceptions can be made! Stay away if not be cautious and they do not quality check and as you can see before my complaint they are notorious for shipping incorrect sizes! I will never purchase from

I've ordered lots of shoes from them and I've had them verified as well . They are legit as and Ive had no problems with them . Will continue to order for the rest of my life ! But sad to say they don't have a Web site anymore and I miss them ! Complex come back !!!

I ordered shoes for my daughter. They shipped a completely different shoe in the wrong size and when I contacted them they said that the shoe was usable and suggested I give it away as a gift or just give it to someone to use and they would give me a 10% discount for my next purchase. I paid $140 for wrong shoes, wouldn’t purchase from them again.

This company is bogus! They were mailed from Singapore…The fake shoe capital of the world! Their sloppy copies at best.

Any positive feedback posted here was done by these scammers and their bots. None of the products are legit or licensed. They're not based in the United States and have no physical location as stated on the website. THIS IS NOT A REAL COMPANY. Beware of sharing any information with these scammers including starting an account to receive "updates".

I bought sneaker from Complex Sneaker a few weeks before and I'm really impressed with the service. Their logistics are great too, they'll send me a tracking number as soon as my sneaker leaves their warehouse. I was happy to still receive my package in a reasonable time frame.

I bought a pair of AIR JORDAN 4 RETRO 'BLACK CANVAS' from this site, the shoes look great, I think it's a trustworthy site, it gave me a perfect shopping experience, I will continue to buy shoes from this site

Definitely is a scam. Don't buy shoes from here if you want real shoes. Definitely sent me fake off-white nikes. Kind of figured with the weird emails and ridiculous messages. And btw MARY who left 3 reviews saying it's not is the same Mary that sent the first email to me. Couldn't even track it with the so called tracking number, nor did it even allow me to view my order on the website. You might get shoes but they'll be fake af

Still no refund. I have sent information to my credit card company for formal action.

I had ordered 2 pairs of shoes within the same day and one came very quickly while the other I had gotten no update email on its whereabouts so I contacted Complex Sneaker customer service and the person was very kind and assured me my shoes were on the way and she apologized for the inconvenience and offered to cover my shipping fee for my next order

I sent about 3 emails to Complexsneaker that I needed my shoes by a certain time and they did listen to me and made the time faster and sent them to me when I needed them. They also reply super quick.
