This is a very strong recommendation. Gary has been so helpful in reviewing and improving our home IT and has been very patient in his explanations as to the problems. Throughout he has been very clear about the options and costs involved and we couldn’t be more pleased.

Called up asking about a USB port issue, as to which Gary simply told me the easiest way to fix it, and that it was not worth me spending money attempting to fix the issue, where he could have easily mislead me and gotten me to spend money. Very honest person, and will be going back to him for future issues.

We had a problem with our computer which caused it to keep crashing. Gary came and collected it on the Friday, identified the problem (faulty RAM) and brought it back repaired on the Sunday.

Gary fixed my macbook after I split liquid on it AND melted the keys. He was really friendly and helpful, and it was as good as new in 24 hours, at a reasonable price.

Gary was very helpful, I was upset my hard drive with 10 yr old pictures on had broken . Gary fixed it the day I phoned and got it back to me the next day . I was very happy.

Gary fitted a new fan in my laptop and it’s now running very smoothly (and quietly!)

Gary responded to my request for help immediately and quickly resolved the issue over the weekend meaning I got my laptop back in time for the working week. Great service.

Gary is amazing. We have relied on him for many years. My computer skills are not the greatest but he is always very patient and sorts out problems with a minimum of fuss.
