The transaction was straightforward and the laptop was delivered in one piece. My partner switched it on today and it works well. With the 1 year warranty in place, fingers crossed, it should all work out! So, to conclude.

Little bit late of delivery!

I purchaced a Chromebook from the firm, but it was not what I wanted. I returned the item, and they were very helpfull at every stage, and a quick refund. I could not fault them.

The customer service doesn’t give up. After initially sending my the wrong charger with my purchase, they sent an identical replacement.

After a week of the MacBook sitting there not being able to be used, I ordered the one I needed from Amazon. When customer service got in touch, they refunded my the cost of the charger.

If you have a bad experience, a lot of patience will help. Customer experience will eventually get it right for you if they haven’t done so initially.

Straight forward transaction and a good deal for the requirements that I have.

The process of purchasing the computer was easy and it arrived, as described on time.

Although the item I bough didn't do what I needed it to do (my fault) the item was delivered quickly and looked like new. The communication and response time from the staff was excellent as was their help in recommending alternatives that would be suitable. Great company and will definitely use them again

Computer discounts claim 4 day dispatch on laptops but this claim is misleading. Could not get a straight answer, phoned but was unable to speak to anyone.

Following a ridiculous mistake by DHL the delivery was mixed up, the customer support team bent over backwards to resolve this and the Mac finally arrived all in order.
Very happy with the refurbished equipment and would recommend this as away to get A1 kit at a reasonable price.

Great little machine , looks good as well , all works , free downloads didn’t work though but didn’t need these downloaded pages from App Store no problem, so she’s off writing her book now, light and perfect for her, thanks
