To my surprise, this is first online purchase from an unknown online vendor. Who, genuinely provided the link without any hesitation, as soon as I called and let them know I didn't get the link.

I ordered a 2TB seagate external harddisc but received a box with 1 TB disc.The email address mentioned in online site was incorrect
On calling on tollfree number-I was asked to not go by printed specifications but connect the disc to a PC and check the GB!

But not received as needed urgently
Put whatsapp message that you people are fraud
Then response as Link for downloading software next day asked for refund but declined
But as it was urgent I had to buy from another source and it delivered instantly by SayPrint store
These types of fraudsters to be banned for whole life
