I completed the training but I did not receive my certificate. I paid $1, received a link to confirm my email address but nothing came through.

Hello Ezra, thank you for your review - although we have no record of your completing and submitting the 5 quizzes at the end of each of the training videos. As our site clearly states including our FAQ - https://computersecurity.us/faq, donating outside of the training portal does not mean you will receive your certificate. You have to earn your certificate by successfully completing all 5 quizzes. You did not do this important step which is why you did not receive a certificate. Additionally you did reach out to support for assistance in which we normally respond within an hour. Your review is not accurate as you never completed the 5 quizzes to earn your certificate. Thank you for your review, Kimberly. We want to clarify the facts so others have an accurate understanding of what occurred.

Your review states: “I paid donations and didn’t receive my certificate.”
This statement is not accurate based on verified system records and our email correspondence.

You did not start or complete the cybersecurity awareness training.
Our platform automatically issues certificates only upon successful completion of the training.
As a result, no certificate could have been generated.

Additionally, we have no record of you contacting our support team prior to posting this review, which would have allowed us to quickly clarify the issue.

To align with our clearly stated FAQ:

All training modules are completely free to access.
A minimum $1 donation is only required when requesting a certificate after completing the training.
Donations do not bypass training requirements or generate certificates on their own.

On March 19, 2026, after your review, we responded and explained that the training had not been completed. We also provided:

A direct link to begin the training
Our FAQ page explaining how certificates are issued

As a courtesy, we issued a full refund of your $1 donation.

There were no system errors, and access to training was not restricted. The only requirement to receive a certificate is completing the course.

We are committed to transparency and encourage all users to review the instructions and FAQs provided.

If you would still like to complete the training, it remains available to you at any time.
