when i say putting 1 star alone hurt my soul, they deserve 0 stars. they are scammers, i hope they die. i needed this dress for an important event that is approaching and they had the audacity to send me something the wrong material, wrong color, wrong everything. the only thing they got right was the size, surprisingly. they STOLE my money from me and thought they could send me some glittery ass ”dress” to distract me, i hope whoever runs this “business” dies😭 y’all playing with ppl and their money fr, karma gone bite y’all in the ass and when they do, i’ll have a better mf dress.

I ordered three bodysuits from Comstrilly and they looked nothing like the pictures, they were poorly constructed, and the fit was so poor! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

They sent me the wrong item then made me pay to ship it back and would not offer a credit for the amount I paid for shipping. I honestly don't even trust I'll get my money back.

I ordered a cute jumper with a cape. Waited over a month to receive it (totally fine and understandable since it's coming from China) but they sent me the wrong item. They sent me an ugly, cheap dress. They wanted to give 10% or 20% back to me but I don't want the item. Finally they have me the address to send the item off BUT I have to pay for their mistake. So now I'm out an outfit and $40 for their incompetence.

This company is a complete scam. I ordered a jumpsuit from them at the end of August. I reached out to them after a week of not hearing from them about it being shipped. They said that it was a hot item and that they would ship it ASAP. A month later I reach out to them again, the girl said that it was already shipped. As soon as I get the email, then the status changes for my order (disorganized and poor communication). Once I receive it another month later, I see that it isn’t what I ordered. They refused to admit that they made mistake and kept saying that I was not pleased with the product. Offered me a small percentage back to keep it, which probably would have covered shipping. I said no I want what I paid for. They said that I would have to pay for shipping to ship it back to get my money back. I refused to pay anymore for something I didn’t order, I already paid over 60 dollars for the jumpsuit and shipping. Also this item was not worth the price, had loose thread sticking out of it, and was wadded up and in a wrinkled bag as if it was already returned. I looked on their website for the item I did order and it is still listed, but I do not think they have it in stock. Looking at other reviews of what people received compared to what they ordered makes it clear that this company is a scam and should not be permitted to do business. I reported them to fraud, hopefully that does something.

If I could give no stars, I would! I ordered my dress way back in June and it is now nearly November…I still do not have the dress that I ordered! I have been going back and forth via email with these people and they tell me that they don’t give a full refund because they would have to charge me 15% fir the processing fee!!! Are you kidding me!?!? They didn’t process crap! I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered anything from them. I would’ve saved myself a lot of heartaches!!! I’m so frustrated that these people got away with my money!!! Please please do not order anything from this place.

Do not do not purchase from this company. They do not ship as agreed and it took over a month for shipping and there was no need for the item. They also sell junk and the quality is poor. The size is off. Based on the web they accept return but when I got the clothes it doesn’t even fit their medium is a XS us size all I got was email back and forth asking me to measure myself so they can see if what I ordered is my size even when I told them it doesn’t fit, then they ask me to send in the picture of the dresses and I did and finally decided to compensate me with 10% refund I refused because what I bought was over $150 and only getting 10% back when on the web it said refund and exchange acceptable. Stay alway from this company they are scammer and the website deserve to be taking down

I ordered my wife a dress and it been saying awaiting shipment for 3 weeks now I emailed them and they keep feeding me bs then I requested a refund and they said they can’t refund if it was shipped but it never was shipped I honestly think that this site is a total scam

STAY AWAY!!! The most difficult time returning my purchases with ridiculous request to take full-length photos of all merchandise. It has been over 2 weeks of multiple emails back and forth and i STILL havent gotten the OK to return my purchase!!

Scam Website!
I have ordered two items in June 2021, one item is yet to arrived and the item that arrived does NOT looked as pictured. Very cheaply made and looks like a toddler glued sequins and feathers together on a poorly made fabric. The return process is a hassle. The website won't provide a direct address to return and when I asked to return to the item, the company stated to check the return and exchange policy which provided no address, but the website states to contact them. So I was just going in circles. It was pointless ordering from them. In short, waste of time and money. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! IT'S A SCAM.
