Scammed by these lot, have gone radio silence since FCA investigation, contact number no longer in service, I personally travelled up to both london office addresses last week, they no longer are there, very apparent these scam artists have run off with my money and many other's. My hard earned savings gone.

They are clearly having some issues at the moment, just type their name into google and instead of reassuring and communicating with their investors they are choosing silence. They are inconsiderate and clearly do not have any real tangible customer service training or any regard for anyone that isn’t themselves. They do not care for the people who have unknowingly kept this scam of theirs afloat. It’s shocking. And instead of responding to their investors they are choosing to flag negative trust pilot reviews, it’s so disrespectful... I am sure they have bigger fish to fry and can find a better use of their time. Next time choose to do the right thing and go through the appropriate channels for your business so you’re not having to spend your mornings flagging reviews that are completely justified. Concept capital group, the amount of emotional distress you are causing to people is completely unfair. Reply to the emails, pick up the phone and do one thing right - COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR INVESTORS.

I am also a victim. After seeing reviews here of people wishing to take group action, I have created a dedicated Facebook page to connected everyone affected.

Refundee are taking on cases and a class action to help people get their money back

My question is what is procedure of getting a group legal action so that we would not lose our investments. Like myself I am a pensioner which I think few of us are whereby we have put all our savings in this so as to be getting something to lean and live on now that we have retired.

Iam very concerned about my investment at conception capital, I was supposed to exit on February 2025( after two years ) and they invented the excuse that they were under the impression that I wanted to re invest the money and because of that I had to wait until July to exit and now this happened. I invested in Concept Capital Group (CCG), believing it to be a legitimate opportunity involving static homes for social housing. The documentation, presentation, and professional tone led me, and many others, to trust the company.

However, in July 2025, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) confirmed that CCG is now under High Court proceedings for allegedly running an unauthorised £23 million collective investment scheme. Their assets have been frozen, and further updates will follow.

If you are an investor:
• Report your investment to the FCA and Action Fraud as soon as possible.
• Gather all paperwork, emails, and contracts related to your investment.
• I strongly urge all affected investors to form a support group, sharing updates and information can help us stay informed and support each other through what may be a long process.

This is based on my personal experience and public FCA information. Please stay cautious, act promptly, and let’s stand together in seeking accountability.

Avoid this company if you value your time, money, or basic communication.

It has taken five months just to receive early termination terms after I requested a buyback. We missed the deadline by 2 months. Throughout the entire process, they were nearly impossible to reach. Emails and calls were ignored, and any response—when it finally came—was very slow. I mean 5 months to get the terms!

I was gracious enough when messed up my payments for six months, but now they won’t even take your call. It’s incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful.

To make matters worse, the early termination terms are unreasonable. If you bought six units, you’re only getting your capital back for five—and there’s no clear exit date, meaning they’ll complete the process whenever it suits them, not you.

Knowing what I know now, I would never invest in this company again. This experience has been frustrating, stressful, and a complete waste of time. Steer clear.

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the conduct of Concept Capital Group, regarding the settlement of my net investment guarantee. Despite repeated assurances, the company has failed to complete the agreed settlement within the promised timeframe.
Furthermore, communication throughout this process has been inadequate, lacking both transparency and a definitive timeline for resolution. This level of service is wholly unacceptable for an organisation entrusted with high-value transactions and client funds.
I strongly caution prospective clients to carefully consider my experience before engaging with this company.

I have been dealing with concept capital since 2021. There have been a few hiccups during my early involvement with them. However I am still with them, and more than happy with my investments. I would recommend this investment to anyone, seeking secure and regular returns.
The frontline staff are friendly and professional.

I most say my experience with Ernest so far have been really good I now have 2 unit's. sometimes he is very busy and miss my calls but he always get back to me if it's even the following day. So for the most I would say they try to make things go as planned and on time as best possible from my experience. Also what I really like is that my payments always on time on that date that we agreed in the contracts. So am satisfied at the moment and I would advise other if your living for a investment and you have the money this mayb a very good choice as it's very Worry-free and etc.
