Staff only communicate by text

Staff only communicate by text, which is really bizarre and very inefficient. Staff did not schedule a time for the screening provider to call me, so it took multiple missed calls over several days before connecting with the doctor. Staff waited more than a week after I received medical approval to place my order with the pharmacy and didn't explain the delay.

Didn't send the full purchased 3-month supply. There's no information on the vials reconstituted concentration, so how does one know how much to use? Should on inject 250 or 500 µg?

Company seems more like a scam than a competent wellness facility.

Did not seem like they were experts or professional

There was no clear guidance on the dosage or frequency. I was told one thing and then something completely different. I had to go to an outside source for dosage clarity. Then they never followed up with actions after they said they would. I would have to call every few days to remind them to process the order, send shipping information & invoices. Not very professional for a high-end service. Maybe just as bad as standard medical care in the US.

They made the whole experience as simple and straightforward as possible. Communication was top notch. I would get a response by email almost always the same day to any questions I had.

Great experience!

I have so far had an amazing experience with Concierge MD. They got labs to make sure It was safe for me to take meds. Talking with the doctor she was very informative and kind. Loving it!

Total incompetence

Total incompetence. When speaking with the first person for my initial booking, they said that they were reaching out to the local nurse to see if she would be able to come tonight, Tuesday, to give me a much needed infusion. I was told that she was available and would be at my home between six and seven P.M.. I received a questionnaire to fill out and I did. A while later I get an email saying that they could book me for Friday. I called the company back and the care coordinator said that the nurse had absolutely no availability today and the first available day would be Friday. If the nurse was not available, then why did the first person tell me that she was? They sure took my money quickly enough. And now I am waiting for a confirmation of my refund. Finally after another call, I received my refund confirmation. Additionally, when I first spoke to a gentleman named Nick Gento, I was quoted a price of $999.00. On the receipt that they sent me.It's said that the cost was $1,299, a three hundred dollar difference than what was quoted. The coordinator Gwen that I spoke to about my refund sounded like she was thirteen years old, and her English was beyond horrid. Stay far away from this company.
Their incompetence is beyond astounding.

No team cohesion

No team cohesion. It took literally months and meeting with Dr. Sogol in person at an event to get a simple question answered. Which was, could I use your services in my area. If this is how clients are met on the front end I’m glad I’m going elsewhere.

Love the membership program

Love the membership program. So convenient having my doctor at my finger tips for all my needs no matter where I’m traveling. Staff is also very helpful. Definitely recommend trying.

I was out of the country and needed my…

I was out of the country and needed my prescription to be delayed. I had to have someone pick it up for me. I like to keep my medical side private from some people and I couldn’t do that. Customer service was apologetic and that is appreciated. Delay your order Auto would help preserve my prescription prescriptions potency. I was surprised and very happy that I had to reconstitute unlike other times. Please send all my prescriptions this way.
