I called Concord water heater service early in the morning after finding the water heater leaking on my garage floor. Mike was my tech who arrived at me by mid-afternoon. Mike knew exactly what he was doing. He took the time to explain everything he would do before starting. He replaced my tank and some old connections that likely caused problems down the road. And the price was way more affordable than I expected! I can't recommend Mike and Concord water heater service enough for their excellent customer service and getting back to me so quickly.
