My neighbour wanted to purchase abl9cket to keep a lock of her fogs furr inside as she'd just passed away.
I ordered on my neighbours behalf as she has learning difficulties.I stated thr intended use at the point of purchasing,and customer services responded immediatly at that point.
The locket arrived the next day.
However,when we opened it,it immediatly became gear the locket was no good. The engraving was very shoddily done and so tiny that it was completely unreadable. The l9cket was MUCH smaller than indicated,as was the chain(we were charged extra for).The quality of both the chain and locket were VERY poor,especially considering the price we paid.
I immediately messaged their customer service to ask to return it.
After receiving no reply within 2 days,I have since emailed them multiple times,aswell as messaging them through their customer services department. They have not responded to the 7 messages I've sent. As i purchased it on behalf of my neighbour I explained that i'd require a response even if they refused the return,so as to show my neighbour that I have indeed been contacting them on her behalf.
Since they immediatly answered my messages before I purchased yhis for her,I find it very insulting bad business that they won't respond after purchase.
I'd advise anyone to look elsewhere when purchasing this type of jewellry,due to thr bad customer service,bad quality of their jewellry,poorly done engraving and mis-representation of the items they're selling.
