Not the best experience I have had as they forgot my installation date and I had to chase it up. However, the actual roof seems to be working fine and I can now use the room, once the acrid smell went after a week. It has made a big difference to the conservatory and I am very pleased with the result.

They were excellent from their representative to delivery. The men tidied up behind themselves, were good natured and professional. The roof has transformed what was a glass roofed greenhouse into a beautiful room we can use almost 24/7.

Great service from the initial phone call, to the sales and quote visit, the installers did a great job very neat and tidy. Has changed the conservatory into a room we can use, it still goes warm but no where near what it was like before. Will be interesting to see what happens in the winter. We have used the room each day now.

From the initial Sales Consultation with Rob (Bob) to the installation.

Rob was very professional and knowledgeable taking the time to show me the sample product he had brought with him.

He explained the concept and process and took time to show me some videos to. He explained my right to cancel under the Consumer Act and the 10 yr Insurance Warranty Guarantee.

At the end of the process I signed without any pressure from Rob. I was so keen to go ahead and get install underway.

Within a couple of hours I had an installation date.

Fast forward 4 weeks and Jay and Dom were on my doorstep at 8-30.

Friendly, professional and polite. The absolute dream team.

Nothing was too much trouble and they left the conservatory clean and tidy.

The job took around half a day and I cannot fault them. Thank you guys, you were amazing.

Very good value for money. Their agent Sarah explained everything in detail, workmen were punctual and efficient on the day of installation, happy with the finished product both aesthetically and effective insulation, matches nicely with the rest of our conservatory's white windows panels

Excellent service and product. Very happy with our new conservatory ceiling.

Conserveandsave turned up on the appointed day, organised their work area and then proceeded to install the insulated ceiling.
It was all done very efficiently and neatly and looks great. It was completed in a day.
We immediately got the benefit of the insulated roof and can now enjoy our conservatory all year round.

The company provided an excellent service from the initial sale to the installation of an insulated cladded ceiling in the conservatory, keeping us informed through customer service of the progress of our order from the date of ordering to the finishing of the work, and a follow up call regarding our experience. The fitters kept the work area clean and tidy and cleared any rubbish they created away on completion.

After watching an advertisement for Conservandsave, I rang and made an appointment for a surveyor to come along to my home. Dawn arrived (a lovely lady) and explained the product. I thought about it for a moment and gave the go ahead. On the 18th March 2024 I meet Andrew and Becky who came at the time given. They worked well and fast.
At first I thought I had made a mistake the conservatory was dark, Andrew must have seen my face and said, it will be fine just wait. A couple of hours later, oh my goodness my cold conservatory looked bright and actually felt much warmer and not like living in an igloo.
