I was initially suspicious of a company who "guaranteed installation before Christmas" in their advertising in the second week of November. Seems I was correct!
I informed them of my need for a roof repair right from the beginning and when Sarah Jones visited (wow she's a good sales person!) she considered the repair/panel replacement to be straightforward, I duly accepted the quote for repair and insulation fitting and paid my deposit.
A second surveyor then had to visit to take further measurements and he raised concerns about breaking the long plastic cap if he just pushed the slipped panel back, so left it be.
Come installation day (third week of January), the fitters (very competent and sub contracted) arrived and they too immediately noted the risk of breaking the cap. However Connor in the office stated that he could not supply the necessary parts, should the cap indeed break and advised immediate cancellation. I was therefore left with my still leaking roof.
They did, kindly, allow me to keep the replacement panel that was on the van with no charge and I have now received my deposit back (they only process refunds on a Friday).
I have since approached a specialist conservatory repair company who have carried out all the work, including the same insulation, at a very competitive price.
As others have previously stated, before you consider using this company, be absolutely certain the roofing is completely sound and leak free!

Our conservatory is a lot less bitter cold than in the past, final judgrment will be reserved until the summer. The installation was swift ahd the fitters polite and helpfull. Definitely value for money.

Cannot speak too highly of this company, from the moment I made the first enquiry to the moment that I rang to ask about the parking permit I'd forgotten to get back from the fitters (it was already in the post, they'd anticipated me) this has been an excellent experience in terms of service. Even better, the product works incredibly well and we are now having to think carefully about what exactly we're going to do with the space that we've gained by making our conservatory so much warmer and usable.

Absolutely love it. Customer service was excellent, went above and beyond to get my installation fitted before Christmas. The two young men who came to fit it was very polite. Overall great would definitely recommend.

We couldn’t be happier. The sales lady Dawn was just so Lovely and thorough! And then the two people who came - a lady and man were calm and careful and we couldn’t be happier to use the room for Christmas with a radiator installed too :)

From booking first appointment with sales rep to fitting was about 4 weeks. Fitting to just a morning and the end results are amazing, conservatory has been transformed into a room that can now be used all year round.

We are so happy with our insulated conservatory roof. As soon as it was completed, our conservatory was much warmer. The finished job looks so professional and it only took about 5 hours.

One minor point is that there was quite a strong chemical smell after it was installed, which lasted a few days. There wasn’t any warning about that.
