Unlike our previous agency, we're not passed around between different designers or teams. We've been working with the same account manager at Content Beta for close to a year, which meant we're not re-explaining context every few weeks. Alongside that, their overlapping working hours ensured that we could collect feedback from internal stakeholder and get revised versions faster. The significantly reduced the time to complete the videos we requested. They know how to use AI tools well to give us a couple of options and help us ideate when we weren't clear how to show it.

I worked with Content Beta for a How-To video that was a little bit less corporate and more personal. One of the things that I loved about working with Content Beta was that they required absolutely no handholding. With just a demo account login, they were able to explore and understand the application completely and create the storyboard easily. Moreover, the turnaround time was under 24-36 hours and changes and modifications that we required were accommodated without any hesitation at all. In all, it was a very seamless experience, with the team being highly responsive and always available.
