We had Jen Boorman deliver our team TTT training. Medication, peoples moving and handling and first aid at work! Jen is a fantastic trainer and leaves you feeling confident in your new learnt abilities! 100% will be using Jen for further training needs.

I had the pleasure of being trained by Jen, whom I have known for 10+ years. She has a wealth of knowledge to pass on. Jen's training style is very much centred around each indivual and is delivered in a very personable manner. Jen is a very bubbly character which leaves you smiling at the end of the session. Jen is always in touch making sure you are ok, not just regarding work, but in general. A very kind and thoughtful person who I would recommend for all your health and social care training.

I joined CCS in April 2024 and met Jen as she was training me. Her knowledge and enthusiasm were second to none. She spent time with teaching me to make sure that I was completely competent before signing the modules off.
I also shadowed her on some care calls and learnt so much from her. Her care and compassion towards each client was admirable and I know that she goes out of her way to make each individual feel special and cared for and I have learnt so much from her.

I had my training with a few different specialist in Continuity training academy and I am very pleased. It’s much easier to learn when a trainer is passionate and exited about the topics they teach (which they were). Information is synthesised in the way that it makes it easier to remember. I learned so much, especially about epilepsy and how to help and react when someone has an “episode”. I had no idea there are so many types of epilepsy! I’ve learned a lot. But when I left the academy with all my training I had a descent knowledge of how to help people.
Jennifer Boorman is the greatest teacher and she is the reason why I started working in care. She have boosted so much confidence in me, and also created the environment for me to wanting to grow and learn. This month I am going to learn sign language, so I can help autistic individuals and those who can’t communicate verbally. Not every training academy is equal. Some are better than others. To me it’s not just about knowledge. Training has to be interesting, and visual, and few jokes (at the right time) can help you retain the information. The trainers in this academy are truly great and very knowledgeable, and learning from the specialist of the field is the best thing you can do! Attending the training is the best investment in your self! This academy is the greatest I ever been, and trust me I have been training in quite a few over the years. Spare your self the boring training somewhere else and come to this academy to see what is a truly great training with “in depth” knowledge, right support and environment created for growth. If I could I would give them ten star review unfortunately trust pilot allows only five.

Jen is fantastic, very professional and she is always making sure i am OK, nothing is to much trouble for our lovely Jen. I love the fact I can contact her anytime for advice if needed. Always smiling a ray of sunshine.

What can I say? I would recommend training with this company. The attention to detail and learning techniques from Jennifer Boorman was outstanding. Jen has such a passion for training, her wealth of knowledge makes the leaning so easy and enjoyable.I really hope Jen is recognised for her amazing talent, She really is credit to the company. The expertise of the trainer allowed for experiential learning. They made the topics engaging. There was learning to be gained for each person in the room.

the training felt like friends talking and learning which i felt relaxed the atmosphere, i had a meltdown when asked to do paperwork at the end but jen was professional through and through and the course was awesome

Jen has an amazing personable personality and is full of life. She made things that would otherwise seem complicated, as not intimidating. Her teaching techniques are defiantly something to aspire to.

I went to the office and than went onto the academy and had my training, friendly made me feel at ease. I came away knowing more than I thought I would to be honest, if I had any questions or I wasn't sure I only had to ask and it was answered and explained.
Having a trainer that is friendly and welcoming helped as I was anxious about asking things in a way I understood what had been taught today.
