Couldn’t recommend enough

I have been working with Sophie for nearly 5 months and I am just sort of hitting the 1 stone mark. I am 9 month postpartum and Sophie’s 1-2-1 have helped me gain confidence in getting back active and focus on myself. I have lived learning about form and technique, which has helped me gain the confidence to go back to the gym. I can’t thank Sophie enough and I am only at the start of my journey with her and I can’t wait to continue working with her and smash more goals and habits!

Amazing PT experience!

Soph has been instrumental in helping me learn and understand the basics of weight training and work this into a routine. She has really helped me work toward my fitness goals in a sustainable and enjoyable way. Always super helpful and knowledgeable and I always look forward to our weekly sessions!

Sophie has been my PT since Feb 2019…

Sophie has been my PT since Feb 2019 and I always look forward to my sessions with her. She always takes on board how I have performed in my previous session and tailors the current one accordingly so we are together working towards my longer-term goals.
Sophie is quick thinking especially when our sessions fall in peak periods and adopts a consistently proactive approach within the sessions she delivers. No question is stupid; I am comfortable asking for help from exercises to meal plans!
One thing I have noticed is that Sophie continually strives to improve her own performance (evident on her iG account) and this serves as motivation for me to keep on working towards my own goals.
As a result of having Sophie as my PT, I have seen both my mindset and body become healthier and stronger. The journey for me continues, I encourage you to start yours today!

Sophie is an amazing PT!!!

Sophie is an amazing and knowledgeable PT who I would definitely recommend! I have gained the confidence to go to the gym and also learnt a lot in terms of nutrition and exercises helping me to reach my goals.

I can see the strength I have built up over the months and I wouldn’t have been able to do that without Sophie’s help and guidance throughout!

Highly recommend Sophie to help in your fitness journey!!

Exactly what I needed

Simply put, Sophie is a knowledgeable and professional personal trainer who I recommend you get in touch with if you are wanting to see a positive change in your health or fitness lifestyle. She clearly takes her work and clients seriously, so is proactive to adapt workout plans to ability, injuries, and whatever may be possible on the day!

Sophie’s workouts are clear, effective and, above all, enjoyable! She makes it easy to track your progress and get comfortable with working particular muscles in various forms – so much so, I have found myself looking forward to tricep dips, which is not something I planned coming into this training.

The support and resources that come with Sophie’s training are great – help and advice with nutrition, motivation and weekly & monthly reviews to reassess your goals. Her approach doesn’t revolve around ‘all or nothing’ so her support makes those days that you don’t quite reach targets so much easier to recover from and improve on.

Plus, her general calm and friendly nature made it a lot easier to take that first step into personal training. I had significant anxiety around working out in a gym, so during training with Sophie I would still have episodes of panic that she dealt with gracefully, patiently and always without judgement, which I am so grateful for. After 7 months of personal training sessions, I can now go to the gym on my own, conduct a session on my own and even approach others for their kit – so physical progress isn’t the only reward from these sessions!

Sophie is the PT you've been waiting for!

In those past 6 months, I gained enough confidece to go to the gym, including extra times a week sometimes. Following her program is straight forward and clear. Now I'm more stronger, I don't suffer from back pain anymore and I cope better with stress. This is probably the longest time I managed to stick with a program: I'm thruthfully enjoying it and time has just passed so quickly.

Sophie is incredibly knowledgeable, being able to program sessions targeted towards my goals and facilitiating exercise variants that feel more organic; I admire her way of thinking outside the box. During the sessions, she's as supportive as remotely. Regarding nutrition, I've been able to pick better choices due to her guidance. She also creates many resources for you to have different ideas in therms of recipes. All this is delivered in the most professional way.

Overall, I'm quite satisfyed with the service and I'm looking forward to another 6 months down the line to see how far I am!

Sophie is a fab PT!

I would have never stepped foot in the weights area before I started training with Sophie, she really has built up my confidence with weight training - so much so that I absolutely love going to the gym and look forward to my sessions!

My main reasons for training with Sophie was to learn compound exercises (such as squats, deadlifts etc), build muscle and improve my strength - she has certainly done that by showing me different compound exercises and teaching me the importance of having good form.

Sophie has also written her own recipe and nutrition book that she has shared with her clients, every recipe I have tried so far has been great and it’s helped me learn how to incorporate macros into my diet whilst still maintaining a positive attitude towards food.

I would definitely recommend Sophie to anyone looking for a PT!

I highly recommend Sophie as she is the greatest PT in the world. Sophie always sends a weakly review to her clients to make sure she gets opinions on what they want in order to make them happy. She helps me get a healthier lifestyle by giving me advice in food, sleep and my water intake. She is always there when you need her the most. She always plans the best sessions for me depending on what I need the most and what I can do. I have been training with Sophie for almost 2 years now and I’m happy with the progress that has grew threw out the time. During lockdown she was very motivational and supportive which made me believe I will succeed. She works very hard and will never give up on you. SOPHIE IS THE BEST

Sophie is the PT everyone needs! Life changing experience

Sophie is a highly focused and educated individual!
I have known Sophie for over 2 years and i can truly say meeting Sophie has been a life changing experience.
Sophie has always been professional and a friend in times needed, a guide in the gym as well as further support outside of the gym.

I was so new to the fitness industry whilst being obese and wasn't always co-operative at the start however Sophie continued to work with me and constantly tailored plans for me and ALWAYS kept pushing me and always inspiring me.

Even during the pandemic she is always on her A game to help me keep pushing for my goals and I have the utmost respect for this amazing individual!

Highly recommend Sophie as a PT!!! (You wont regret it) :)

A rare professional, and outstanding PT

Sophie is a professional. Very knowledgeable, always explaining her rationalle and always pushing!
I cant recommend her enough, im not an easy client, often a little reluctant early in the morning but she was always on the ball, always had a plan and most importantly got me to my goals.

I highly recommend Sophie as a personal…

I highly recommend Sophie as a personal trainer. Her plan for me is tailored around my individual needs and my short/long term goals. What stands out most for me is her integrity, sincerity and honesty towards her work & clients. When my goals changed, she was quick to realign the training to suit my needs. Sometimes when machines are unavailable in the gym, she is quick to come up with alternative exercises for the muscle group. I have always enjoyed my session with her; and its motivating to see my progress.

There will be no meal plans, her goal is to ensure you eat healthy and have a more positive attitude towards food groups. Food habits are hard to break and Sophie has always been encouraging in sticking to my plan. Falling off track is always met with encouragement and refocusing on my goals.

Helped convince me to take care of myself

I've been working with Sophie for 2 years and have constantly seen results. I've gone from being shy and anxious about going to the gym to getting up first thing and it being the highlight of my day. I've incorporated what she's taught me into my daily life and am happier and healthier as a result.

I have been seeing Sophie for PT…

I have been seeing Sophie for PT sessions and support for a year and a half now. My main reasons were for recovering from injuries, building strength and flexibility and advice with nutrition. I have found her very supportive, my workouts are tailored to my needs and I feel like I'm finally able to do a squat properly! It's been good to focus on strength and get the right technique. I have found her support and keeping online sessions throughout the pandemic has really helped my physical and mental health. Now I'm back at the gym I've been able to keep up a level of fitness and strength and be able to build on this. I would highly recommend her.
