Very informative, I learnt a lot from the visit. It's great that Welsh Water are providing these free visits. We can actively fix issues like leaks and save water and money. A great service, really happy. Thanks to Gavin who carried out the service, very polite, friendly and knowledgeable.

I would like to give 5 out of 5 stars to Tim Kirkwood who visited our property to carry out a water flow survey as part of a project involving Control Flow and United Utilities. He is a lovely gentleman, very polite and professional.

Unfortunately, we had received no prior notification about his visit. Although he carried identification, we understandably wanted to verify his identity before allowing him to enter into our property. We contacted United Utilities several times, but the staff were unhelpful and seemed to have very little knowledge of the project. There was no straightforward way to confirm that the surveyor had genuinely been sent on their behalf.

Despite all this, the gentleman was extremely patient, professional and understanding throughout. He waited calmly while we made multiple phone calls trying to verify his identity, never making us feel rushed or uncomfortable. He was very helpful and carried out the survey with utmost sincerity and professionalism.

His service deserves a full 5/5.

However, I would give United Utilities and Control Flow low rating for their lack of a proper verification process. Customers should be informed in advance about such visits, and customer service teams should be able to verify the identity of contractors working on their behalf. The current arrangement creates unnecessary stress and inconvenience for both customers and the surveyors themselves. Otherwise, I do really appreciate the project, our water pressures were adjusted and leaks were identified in the toilet which we didn’t know about. Hoping to see the difference reflected on the bills.

Absolutely excellent.Shaun Yarwood, the United Utilities representative came to our house and took a great deal of trouble in finding out the reason for our house using more water then could be expected. He found a leak in the toilet about which we had absolutely no idea. Throughout he was thoughtful and helpful. I would give him 10 stars if possible.

Joel Linkomola conducted our water audit. He was personable, friendly and skilled. He explained the purpose of the audit (we were not aware before the visit); undertook it efficiently and effectively; indicated what changes he had made to our taps and toilets to produce more efficient use of water; indicated some free plumbing work which he would authorise. He (and his trainee colleague) removed their shoes without being requested! The only down-side was that we had no prior knowledge that the water audit was to take place - it would have been better for the engineers to have made an appointment first.

Gavin was very informative and he did a thorough check of our premises. He pointed out a few problems that we have with our water systems and how they can be remedied. He made some minor adjustments to some of the flows and he showed me on his tablet how many litres per minute we will be saving.

I experienced such brilliant service from a lovely gentleman named Emmanuel Enegbuma. He was incredibly polite and professional. Very respectful of my property. Highly efficient and very helpful. He audited all the taps in my property and gave us all the information and guidance which we needed.

We Recently had Gavin visit us at Cwrt Bleddyn Hotel and Spa for our water saving audit, an absolute gent, so knowledgeable and really efficient at his job.
Gavin made sure he got through all areas in the hotel in such a short time and kindly pointed out some other issues we had that our Maintenance teams were not aware of.
Would highly recommend.

I had an unexpected visit today with the lovely Danny Moores who was checking for leaks. He was very kind, caring and helped sort out a visit for fixing my crappy taps.

We also had a chat about boxing and it was genuinely a great talk where he gave me advice. He needs to be paid more for his level of customer service!

We had Gavin come into the salon today to see if he could save us wasting water and he has managed to save us 40 litres per minute which is amazing due to us using water for every client that comes into the salon. Gavin was very informative and I learnt alot! Thanks Gavin!
