Good and quick service
Nathaniel through conveyancing.com.au was great and easy to deal with. I was able to reach him over the phone whenever I had a question. The whole process went smoothly, and settlement happened on the day planned!

Would recommend/I would use them again.
I found the service good and the people were friendly to talk to. I would recommend a little more communication in the style indicated by the client, e.g I chose to be contacted by email but often received phone calls, I also found that on settlement day I had to prompt to see if the settlement had gone through and ended up being told by the real estate it was successful rather than the conveyancing company. Even with these small issues I would still use this company again as there prices are fair and they do send you good guides on the sale process and complete tasks by the due date.

I had a disappointing experience with…
I had a disappointing experience with this service that I feel compelled to share. Unfortunately, my interactions with this lawyer fell far short of my expectations.
From the outset, the communication was lacking. It often took days to receive responses to my emails, and when I did hear back, the information provided was often unclear or incorrect. This was especially frustrating when it came to important aspects of my case.
One notable issue was the lawyer's insistence that I needed to order a formal valuation (a $700 cost) to calculate stamp duty. After a week of back-and-forth emails and clarification, it turned out I was right all along; the formal valuation was unnecessary and one from a real-estate agent would be fine. It was disheartening to feel like I had to educate a professional about what was truly required for my situation.
Given the price I paid for their services, I expected a much higher level of expertise and efficiency. Unfortunately, I did not receive that, and I would not recommend conveyancing.com.au to anyone seeking residential legal assistance. My experience has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.
Edit: love how after only 2 days you have managed to do a full investigation and training carried out .....
