Fantastic service! Great product making process of seeking and buying so much easier! Finally!

Outstanding company , made my house sell very smooth , great communication , everything was detailed on the App , would totally recommend.

To nightlight some of issues, they caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience; the conveyo platform failed to work on occasion, the information we uploaded ‘disappeared’, we were given misleading advice which had financial implication, the service we were promised was no where near met, our agent even took it upon themselves to raise a complaint against conveyo, our purchase became jeopardised as information was ‘sat on’ for weeks, we repeated were given misinformation.

…And for comic relief Conveyo recently informed us of our pending exchange date, after we had completed and moved in!

So refreshing to deal with a company that actually makes the process simple and stress-free. Super clear, friendly, and easy to use :)

We used Conveyo following a recommendation from our old neighbour who stated their innovative use of AI sped up the buying and selling process allowing a swift outcome to what is a stressful process of buying and selling a house and reducing the time scales by a significant amount.

The Conveyo team personally made contact with us and guided us through the processes prior to instructions and it felt very tailored and personable. We used the App to upload all the necessary documents and to keep track of the progress of our sale. It was made even simpler by having our buyers use the same platform.

Conveyo then instructed a solicitor from their network of approved legal teams, our solicitor was thorough and friendly and more importantly we could get hold of her and get a response back from her quickly which is as unique in the house buying and selling process as the technology Conveyo use.

The whole conveyo team were contactable throughout the process and we would thoroughly recommend their services.

Having heard many horror stories from friends and family about the process, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that with Conveyo, the experience was stress-free. Conveyo took the stress out of buying my first home. Everything was clear and transparent from the beginning, I received all property details prior to making an offer, and their AI made it super easy to provide my information. Communication was great - one point of contact for the entire process, and they were always available to answer questions. Great price too. Highly recommended.

Just wanted to share my positive experience using Conveyo. Buying a house as a single woman on a tight budget felt quite intimidating, but Konrad and Andrea made it much less daunting. They were really approachable and explained everything clearly, even the more technical bits, in a way I could understand. Even though it was a leasehold property, which I was told can be trickier, everything was wrapped up in just under 4 weeks - as promised. Overall, I can't recommend Conveyo enough. Thanks guys!

I have been extremely impressed with how quickly conveyo work from the start to finish. The transactions happened so fast with mine taking only 4 weeks despite it being a managed freehold.
