We received absolutely excellent service from start to finish. Julia was professional, efficient, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process.
What really set her apart was how she essentially managed the whole chain herself. She was always on hand to offer expert advice to both us and our buyers, and she spent countless hours liaising with and chasing the other estate agents involved. I genuinely believe that without Julia’s management, our chain would have fallen apart. It frequently felt like she was doing the jobs of all the other agents combined just to keep things moving!
She was available at almost any time, even messaging us in the evenings, on weekends, and during her days off at key points in the sale to keep us informed or ensure a swift resolution to any questions.
Highly recommended—we couldn't have done it without her!

Professional, efficient organisation which priced the property realistically and were always extremely helpful. They also kept me informed every step of the way and gave sound advice. The sale proceeded without significant delay even though one of the owners died less than 3 weeks after an offer was accepted. Highly recommended.

We been using services of this company for selling our house. It was new experience for me and my husband and therefore we needed lots of guidance and advice. All these were provided by their team and even more than we expected. They organised all viewings at the times when we been absent from property and been giving regular feedbacks from their clients - prospective buyers.Their advertising attracted lots of viewers, which show how good they are in presenting property's strong points. As a result we found buyers in few weeks. We really appreciate their efforts, especially after dealing with other agencies while looking for new home. Some agents don't even bother to turn up for viewings or made us to chase them down for days and days not answering our calls and messages. Having dealings with this company for the past 3 years with a rented property and would like to just say I’m very grateful with the assistance and service these guys have provided for us, and I have recommended them several times to others, and will continue to do so.

We recently sold a house using Julia Bailey at Cooke Curtis and everything went smoothly with Julia keeping us well informed.

CC rent out two properties for me. They always go the extra mile. Aimee in particularly is excellent.

It took as one hour to get to the arranged viewing of the property we wanted to buy. We told Cooke Curtis we were late due to high traffic in awful weather conditions. However, when we arrived, the Cooke Curtis representative had simply disappeared, i.e. all for nothing. Well, we will find another property with a different estate agent, but I would certainly never ever draw on them to sell any property, actually not even a cookie.

Agent sells houses, I called out of area as a cash buyer.

Very interested in a house just wanted the headline on rental value given the strong price. Simple enough, left a voicemail.

No call so called them back the next day, it took 8 hr for a call back. Appreciate people are busy, when I had a call back they wanted me to register.

I explained being a cash buyer with a criteria. Still days later no rental value was supplied despite promises and the marketing emails are swamping my in box with poor matches.

Called this company three time to arrange a viewing for three separate recently advertised properties. Spoke to Elina, and the usual reply is, "they are fully booked", and cannot accommodate any further applicants for viewing despite me being very flexible. I further asked to confirm the times for the alleged block bookings, not to view the property but to simply witness the alleged "high" interest in the property. She refused to give the details, potentially as she was using this as a filter to screen out certain applicants like me who are easily identifiable as "foreign".
Elina also has unjustified arrogance and if you challenge her, she will accuse you of being rude.I asked her in what manner i was being Rude, and if she actually knew the meaning of the word Rude". In her infantite mannerisms and dictionary "Rude" is when she cannot answer a question and caught out lying. Such conduct is reprehensible and against ARLA rules and regulations, and as such should be struck off their register, if ARLA is to be seen as serious regulator for such companies!
