Mystery knife
I absolutely love the knives I received. The problem I had was the mystery knife. Was one of the same knives that I ordered. I reached out to someone they told me to send it back. I have yet to hear back if I was going to receive a different night for not.

Customer Service is excellent
I had an issue with the site not letting me redeem my points. I used the chat feature and talked to Yuri, who was able to provide the assistance I needed, as well as solving my problem. It was nice to have customer service actually provide service, rather than waving it off like some other sites do.
