This is not about the knifs as I bout them for my son-inlaw for Christmas.

But if you bie, they will non stop herass you to keep buying with deals and other crap even after you unsubscribe 4 time and call to have it done twice. Hate this crap. Just want to be a product and be good.

Quality product. Professional in both sales and finished product. I am a long time cook and appreciate quality knives.

The knives are great and easy to use website. Also with different deals going you should never be buying one. Only downside I had was when I was get 3 mystery knives I received a duplicate knife of what I ordered. It's a great knife but dont need 2 of the same knife.

When I opened up my products, 2 of my blades were chipped. I would like to resolve this.

Looked at these knives for about a year before I finally pulled the trigger. Used the chef knife for the first time this weekend and it sliced through butternut squash like butter.

As a return customer I purchased two for gifts.
Then got a mystery knife for $69.00.
Also one mystery knife and magnetic board free.
I didn't expect to get another mystery knife the same as the mystery knife as my first purchase.
I was hoping that your records might show you what I received as a mystery knife previously and not repeat.
Then there is that, if I get four of one knife then it would be a set of steak knives.

My goal is to have one of each knife in my collection.
Also purchase as gifts for friends.

I ended up getting 2 Shark Knives. Which is ok since I anticipate using it alot. So far I like the set I did receive.

I ordered 4 knives in the promotion and never received the walnut knife block, and one of the promaja knives I ordered has a defect and I haven’t heard anything back from their customer service

These knives are addictive. The feel, the variety of shapes, and the all around badassery. They hold an edge so well, and keep/put up with whatever you through at them...I love them so far. I haven't used all, as of yet (because I've purchased so many), but definitely looking forward to it. Great look too...They all look great on my/the magnetic board, very nice.

Every thing was great receiving just what I ordered and the two bonus knives also great. I made another order of two knives and received the magnetic board which is wonderful but, in the second order the bonus knife’s were the shark which I already received in the first order and the butcher which I purchased in the first order. All is good, but was hoping to receive two different knives that I didn’t already receive.

I like the knifes. The only complaint is my free knife was the Shark and I ordered a shark with my order. I would have hoped it would have been a different one instead of getting two of the same.
