I’ve used a bunch of SIM rigs over the years, and honestly, Cool Performance is on a whole different level. What initially caught my attention were the testimonials—especially seeing that some current F1 drivers use their simulators—and after trying it myself, it’s easy to see why.

The whole process was super smooth. The team was really helpful, taking the time to explain all the different options and customisations they offer, including their Bespoke Operations with full carbon builds and custom colours. I ended up going with their GT Sim paired with triple 27” monitors for my garage setup, and I couldn’t be happier.

They took the time to figure out exactly what I was after and guided me through the options without any pressure.

The quality of the sim is seriously impressive. Everything feels solid and well-built, and once you get going, it’s crazy how realistic the whole experience is. You can tell they’ve put a lot of care into the details.

What really stood out to me was how much I could customise things. Oliver and the team made sure I got exactly what I wanted, from the seating position to how the pedals feel. It’s nice having something that feels properly tailored.

Absolutely abysmal company with terrible communication, no accountability, and poor (or more accurately, zero) customer service. Although they offer the ability to buy components directly from their online shop, they very obviously take no care nor responsibility to ensure those orders are fulfilled. Customers have to constantly follow up on order status for weeks on end with no response. Two orders placed and both waiting for weeks with countless follow up emails, phone calls, and live chat with absolutely zero response. Credit card chargebacks are the only option.

Their lack of accountability and business responsibility for parts orders obviously highlight that they only care to cater to their higher end clients who purchase top end sim rigs. And if that is the business model they choose to run, no problem! They should simply eliminate component sales entirely from their business model and stop destroying their reputation and treating their customers poorly. As they show such disregard for simple component orders, I can only imagine what other areas of their business are lacking. I certainly wouldn’t trust them for any high end rig order!

The sim racing community is small and vendor competition is fierce. There are many competitors in the high end market and business reputation spreads quickly. Build up enough of a bad reputation and even your high end clients will move on to better vendors.

Stay away! SCAM! Paid for DDU (£594!). The product was never sent, seller ignores all the communication (online chat, emails, instagram and even LinkedIn (Oliver Norris)

BTW: check reviews on Ebay - people have to claim money back using PayPal protection!

I make an Order at May 19th between this day and today there not ship the product. They dont answer the Chat respond on there Website and they dont answer Mail or Instagram.
Feel Scammed I think i Must Go to the Police.

You can tune the brake trace to match any race car out there, so it’s a direct 1:1 comparison. That means when I train for hours on end in the sim, it’s going to be that much more effective when I transfer over to the real thing. I can step back in the car and feel the confidence of having prepared well for my next F4 race.

Speaking of preparation…the coaching that Cool Performance offers is the real bread and butter of their operation. They have some of the best drivers in the world available to coach you in a one on one environment.
