Dealing with company taught me two things;
1/ Always look at reviews before dealing with a company you've never heard of.
2/ Never recommend or deal with them ever again.
Don't touch them with a barge pole!

Do not buy from this company!!! I bought a pair of waterproof/windproof gloves. It took nearly a month for them to arrive. And they are NOT waterproof!!!! I wore them once on a dog walk and my hands were soaked! Customer services is shocking, they keep asking for a photo which won’t show anything and they won’t give me a refund. Awful company!!

Ordered 2 pairs of gloves £16.79 on invoice, clicked pay with PayPal, then afterwards looked at PayPal account to find they were £20.13 as they had added unshown on invoice tax. Furthermore I bought on 4th December and they have just arrived on 27th December too late for Christmas. Only positive is the gloves are fine.

Still waiting for gloves I ordered weeks ago and it’s now Xmas eve. Useless company. I should’ve read the reviews first! Doh! Will now need to go to PayPal to try and get a refund. Avoid like the plague!!!

Ordered an item 3 weeks ago. Still not showing as being dispatched. Contacted the website are totally unhelpful. Would avoid

Having ordered pairs of gloves on 02 December with delivery within 2 weeks, the items have still not arrived on 21 December. Despite numerous email exchanges with their customer service the items seem to still be stuck in customs...I will never buy from this business again.

Avoid at all costs!!

I’ve been waiting over 2 weeks for 2 pairs of gloves. I contacted their complaints team as it was never stated the items would be shipped from the US, even though it states on their website they are a British company.

I have asked 3 times for a refund as the items are no longer required. This request has been ignored each time and the person I have been speaking with is being down right ignorant and sending me absolute nonsense.

Safe to say I probably will not receive my item or my refund.

Please can you advise yet again where my order is? I've emailed you at least 6 times and nobody ever responds so I'm going to assume this is a spam company, you've taken my money for gifts that were christmas presents and not honoured on delivering. You send me a 'tracking' that's been in USA for 2 weeks.

Boy you really got me, I've put a dispute in with PayPal to claim my money back.

You should be disgusted with yourself scamming people.

OMG why didn't I read Trustpilot first before even touching this company. IT'S A SCAM COMPANY. Dont go anywhere near it. I've had 14 emails from them saying exactly the same wording on how to track my order, it's still in America. This has been going on for 2 months now. They've stolen my money. What an idiot I am.

Less than zero. Scam operation. Avoid them.

Really wanted these gloves for my daughter as she works outside.

but no email back to confirm order, delivery date, nothing, now I can't find the site at all. Waste of my time

Scam company. Don’t order from them. Over charged and don’t reply to emails to cancel or refund order. PayPal no help in solving issue. Ordered weeks ago and no sign of delivery in time for Christmas.

Ordered over 2 weeks ago, tracking not updated, no reply to emails sent. PayPay are refunding, glad I paid via PayPal. Seems the Facebook page has disappeared so I suspect they renamed it. My refund is a couple of pound less than I paid so presumably the keep the tax that was added on!

Goods not received. Hope to be credited.

As others have stated, still waiting for items ordered 1/12 to be shipped. Can’t see them getting here for Xmas. Very disappointing.

Wished I read trustpilot before doing a midnight shop (time poor mum)...Overcharged me £4.73 after reading reviews and customer service clearly use block answers as it made no sense to what I was asking..this stuff is coming from US (China).. forget it arriving near Xmas if at all .Another sketchy company via FB...

SCAM.
Ordered 3 bags. Tracking says they are with the uk courier for 3 weeks now. No idea who the courier allegedly is and no response to emails.
No money, no bags.
Have lodged a claim with my bank.

Do not buy scam company. Left my order in basket then they emailed me offering 30% discount. So I took it. After checking out with PayPal they had added cost back on to my order. Bunch of crooks why would you do that if you was a genuine company wanting repeat orders avoid.
