The still looked beautiful when it arrived. It is easy to use and produces wonderful oils - mostly lavender and rosemary.

Copper pro's distillers are very well…
Copper pro's distillers are very well made and their service is excellent. I don't need more than one distiller but I recommend them to anyone interested in essential oil and hydrosol creation

Distillers
We are Field and Flock Lavender Farm in southern NJ. We have over 2,000 plants that we use for both culinary/bundles and distilling. I have two (2) distillers from Copper Pro. The first that I purchased back in March 2023 which is a 4 gallon copper distiller - well designed/thought-out and built. I use this distiller for demonstration for classes distilling lavender and I also use it to distill mint.
The second distiller that I recently purchased is a 140 gallon stainless steel distiller which Yurii custom built for me. CopperPro offers and sells a 75 gallon which was too small for my needs and the next size up is a 220 gallon which was too much for what I needed. I reached out to Yurii and he custom designed and built a 140 gallon distiller for me. I just completed assembling the distiller and plan to run a test first before distilling lavender w/ just water.
The distiller is a great design and is very well built and every aspect considered and thought-out. I am a civil engineer so that is how my mind thinks and works when I am analyzing something.
I will post again once I have performed our first test run and will provide videos as well.

I have had my distiller for a while…
I have had my distiller for a while now. Quality is amazing, the videos also help. I had tried my rose petals but they weren't dry enough and didn't turn out at all. My lavender worked better. I had a couple of large bins with water and attached to the hose. The results yielded me a very small amount of oil but was surprised how much water I needed as I tried to recirculate it . Still love my distiller.

You made a great observation about the rose petals. For many plants, especially roses, proper drying (or using the right technique) can significantly affect the oil yield. Lavender is often more forgiving, which is why you likely saw better results there.
Also, your setup with water recirculation is a good approach — many customers experiment with similar systems to optimize their process.

A joyful experience
The copper still is well made and easy to use. The results are great and such a joy to distil my own essential oils from herbs in my garden. Excellent customer support and curiosity is on the mark. Thoroughly recommend this product.
