Remortgaging/moving is always tricky, add in one of us running our own business so not a standard monthly salary, porting a mortgage and a grade II property purchase and it makes the process even more tricky. Given we were porting our mortgage from our existing provider, I nearly managed the process myself but i'm so glad we instructed Coreco and Jan and Jenny to do so. There we bumps along the way from the lenders side and Jan and Jenny had direct links into the lender to be able to sort these issues out in good time. I've used Coreco before will continue to do so moving forward

Fantastic service provided by Coreco for mortgage and insurance services. Danielle provided exceptional customer service with arranging our mortgage, providing us with timely information and frequent updates. Abbey was amazing at ensuring we obtained the best building and contents insurance that suited our needs. Lastly, we worked with Kevin, Stacey and Laura to explore different life insurance policies and they were most helpful in showing us the different options and assisting us with selecting a package that was most suitable for us. We cannot recommend Coreco highly enough!

We used Coreco for mortgage advice on our first home. The communication was excellent, they emailed promptly and had communication with our solicitors too which they fed back to us. Upon the labour government majority win they informed us that the rates could go down and reassessed that we had the best interest rates at the very last moment before completion. I would highly recommend Craig @Coreco. I have been Craig's client since 2012 when I bought my first house. Since then, I have bought another property to let and remortgaged my properties three times with Craig's support. Craig offers an end-to-end service, providing excellent support and advice throughout the process, including assistance with legal paperwork and the right protection products.
