CORELLEWARE - HORRIBLE COMPANY

This is a blatant, disgraceful lack of customer support for a product sold by a company they acquired-Chicago Cutlery. For 5 weeks I have been attempting to obtain a replacement knife which is covered by a lifetime warranty. As is evident below, they have been sent everything they asked for in terms of proof of my entitlement to a replacement. They continue to stone-wall and deny me my rights to a replacement. They were first contacted on 3/2/2026.

Placed the order a month ago and never shipped.

Placed the order a month ago, never shipped, Customer support form online is never followed up by Corelle. Phone support is unavailable at any hour , automated system hangs quoting offices are closed even within posted work hours. Last resort was to dispute the charge with CC company. Horrible experience.

Customer service representatives were…

Customer service representatives were not helpful at all and kept giving me the run around for a missing item for almost a month. Finally got a hold of a supervisor who was able to help me. Bypass costumer service and ask for a supervisor from the beginning to avoid the headache if you have any issues with your order.

Still waiting 7 weeks later

I placed an order on 11/08 and still haven't received it. I have emailed multiple times and been ignored. I think this is just a way for a company with no integrity to steal people's money. Now I'm fighting for a refund.

Ordered a larger set online from their website, it came with damaged pieces and at first they seemed willing to help, asked for photos several times even though I sent them time and time again and then radio silence. I called the number and the person told me they were going to make it right, and that I would get an email confirmation. Never got the email, and I’ve emailed the original customer service email several times with no response. Over a month and I can’t figure what I’m supposed to do with these dishes. Very disappointed and absolutely would not order again in the future. In general, my opinion of Corelle, Pyrex and associated brands has hit rock bottom.

Horrible customer sevice

I placed a very large order for dishes thru corelle.com. I realized after unpacking that I ordered the wrong bowls and the ones I recieved (6 of them) had rust colored stains on the bottom.

I called customer service, was on hold for 40 min. When my call was finally taken, I spoke with Nico, I explained I had ordered the wrong bowls and that they came with stains on the bottom and wanted to know how to go about exchanging them, I was on the phone with him for approximately 30 min, he kept putting me on hold, he finally told me to keep the wrong bowls as a "gift" and he would send an email that I would need to fill out and they would send me the correct bowls. I filled out the email only to get a response that they would not do what Nico said they could.

After multiple emails back and forth, advising they listen to the recording of our conversation and that I didn't understand why I was told to keep the bowls as a gift if that was something they couldn't do, I finally gave up, as they are not responding back to me anymore

So now I have bowls that are the wrong color with rust colored stains that will not wash off.

I will NEVER order another item from this company

I ordered a dish set from them

I ordered a dish set from them. I guess they are owned by some company called Instant Brands. They sent me a set different than the one I requested and refused to replace it. They sent me a 25% discount code for my next purchase. I won't ever be buying from Corelle , InstantBrands.com or instanthome.com.
