We have been purchasing panels from CorePro systems for around 10 years now. Never a problem and the customer service offered by Alex and John are brilliant! I would recommend them if anyone is thinking about supply only insulated panels.

From my initial enquiry through to the delivery of my Stadurlon conservatory roofing sheets I received excellent advice and communications from Alex and John. They were very flexible with the delivery options to fit in with my availability. A pleasure to deal with this company, who I would happily recommend.

Corepro does not take any responsibility for the type of unprofessional , unskilled worker that tehy sell their product to. I can only state what I have found with Rosy Roofing conservatory. Corepro don't accept responsibility, but I am informing them about this company and as such they should consider that I have proof of the poor workmanship. If this is the case then they should look at this company as an inappropriate company to be in bed with as they will only be dragged down by poor workmanship. I I can see poor unskilled work , what are they doing with the part I can't see, the Stadur roof. Corepro should be asking questions about this Trader and their actions in this matter , which I have tried to cope with. However, when there is no communication and no action from the company who will not do any remedial work , then you have to doubt their skill , integrity and honesty. I just wanted doors and windows that open and work in a conservatory.It should be 'fit for purpose' and it definitely is not. Too much to ask of Rosy Roofing Conservatorie and Rosy Panels
I got Stadur roof , but on the worst conservatory ever built and Corepro doesn't care who and how their product is used.
13.5.26 DON'T USE THE UNSKILLED WORKMEN FROM ROSY ROOFING
Following on from the failure of Rosy Roofing to do the remedial work, I have now been Informed that the will not be doing any of the work that is required to finishh the job to a basic standard , it is not skilled and they are now reneging on completing the job. Apparently there is a legal letter in the post, but they have broken the contract and left me with an awful conservatory which is substandard and the doors don't open and close and the windows don't without hitting the plastic .I can only say don't use them they are awful and do not meet any standards at all.
I tried ringing , I tried emailing , I tried texting. No answer from Ricky or Shereena.
6.5.2026 I am sitting here waiting for remedial work to be done by Ricky I have been waiting for 6 hours.I have rung the office -no reply, I emailed before and now , no reply.Sheerena is not there.I am waiting for the wrong window, a defective window sill, no connectors of the sill, unlevel sills and poorly finished joins to be fixed.I have a plastic patch on the back of the sill as the plastic delivered was too short. The doors don't open and close properly, grind on the floor and won't shut without brute force to smash it close. Window keys, hit the outer rim of the window as they are opened. Rosy roofing said this was normal. Apparently this is not Rosy roofings fault.
I have cleared the office, which is the large conservatory, and taken a day off work. Shereena wrote the 6th May in an email to put things right. I am now left with things that are wrong and don't work, with no recourse to the firm that have put together a conservatory that isn't fit for purpose.I have tried to communicate and thought we had agreed to a solution.Obviously something has gone wrong.The conservatory was put in in mid February '26.This is a last resort to try and get things sorted which has failed.

Absolutely fabulous. We had the 35mm conservatory panels with the acoustic layer; the difference we would describe as sensational. Very helpful people, absolutely no problems, and they saved us around £9000, compared with some companies who described themselves as 'experts'

The roof panels were delivered on the day agreed. The panels have now been fitted. Exceptionally pleased, they look fantastic. It’s as though we have a new conservatory. Having to wait for various weather conditions to see the full benefit. Hopefully will be a great improvement to the polycarbonate roof we previously had.

I must admit I did have my reservations about having to pay the full amount with order to a company I'd never dealt with, but CorePro Systems were good to their word and the panels are excellent quality, easy to cut and fit. The panels arrived as promised direct from Germany, the only minor niggle was with the delivery driver from Germany who refused to help me unload 6 panels said it wasn't his job, which wasn't CPS's fault.

Bought some panels for my Orangery roof,
They were delivered on time,were as described,and communication with them was good.
I miscalculated the panels required, so had to order a bit more,which would have turned out quite expensive for shipping from Germany.
However these guys found an installer with an offcut that would finish my job,so I got that for a lot less.
These guys turned down another sale to save me a few hundred £s .!
There are not many companies would do that.

As keen amateurs, we really appreciated the advice, help and support we were given with choosing the right product, to re-roof our glass conservatory. We received excellent advice, on the specifications, area required and application/use. The communication with the company was excellent and delivery was efficient and timely. Once scaffolding was on site, it took us (my wife and I, "couples that roof together, stay together") about a week to complete the work. Initially we were intimidated by the prospect of working with an unfamiliar material, however skills gained previously using timber, were easily transferable. So far, we are very pleased with the end result - much more usable on hot days and it's rained heavily since we completed the project. So far, so good!

Needed replacement roof panels for my 28 year old lean too conservatory 5.3m x 3.3m fitted with 16mm polycarbonate. Walls of the coservatory were in good condition as were the supporting roof bars and retaining beading. Did not want to fit light weight tiled roof nor double glazed glass panels that the local installers were pushing. What a result finding Corepro systems, excellent service from the beginning. I ordered their 16mm upvc roof panel with the accoustic layer and fitted the panels myself, used old panel as a template and easily cut with a circular saw. Conservatory is now used more now than in past years non of the glare of the sun but still warm from side windows, time will tell but I'am pretty confident it will last as long again

The 35mm polycarbonate roof on my 18 years old Lean-to Conservatory left the room freezing over the last few winters and I struggled to find a cost-effective way of replacing the roof until I stumbled across the CPS website. After being quoted £20K+ by “specialist” firms to do this I was very pleased to see that I could do the job myself with the help of CPS for under £6k (including all ancillary cost - my conservatory is large at 3m x 10m and I went for new 80mm thick stand-alone roof panels).
CPS could not have been more accommodating when answering my ever-increasing list of questions before I eventually bit the bullet to proceed. I guess that I am just a reasonably average DIYer and was a little concerned that I would get the measurements wrong but the secret was to fully identify the anatomy of the existing conservatory (particularly the makeup of how the original wall plate, which I wanted to keep, was put together).
I opted for a grey outer coloured roof and I would just warn that this seemed to scratch easily once the protective covering was removed so handle carefully (and make sure you do not skimp on using sealant!). I have not gone through a winter with the new roof yet but am actually looking forward to it now and I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending CPS and their Stadur Top LT panels.

The replacement conservatory roofing was a simple exchange for the polycarbonate panels. The temperature in the conservatory is now comfortable and useable, completely different to the old roof.
A minor delivery problem was fixed efficiently, would recommend CorePro
