Serious communication failure and lack of accountability
My experience with this company CORPORACION IBERICA DETECTIVES PRIVADOS was extremely disappointing.
The contract was signed directly with me, and I provided clear instructions, requirements, and expectations from the beginning. However, the work appears to have been carried out based on input from a third party, rather than aligning directly with the actual client.
At no point did the company make a genuine effort to contact me to confirm details, clarify instructions, or validate key information. This resulted in a significant misalignment between what was requested and what was delivered.
The outcome reflects not just a quality issue, but a fundamental breakdown in communication and professional responsibility. When concerns were raised, they were not addressed in a constructive or solution-oriented manner.
From a professional standpoint, working without direct confirmation from the contracting client is a serious failure in process and accountability.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I strongly advise others to ensure that all communication is handled directly and that every detail is clearly verified before proceeding with any payment.
