Pristine quality refurb chair! You'd be a mug to pay full price. Great service too. Had an issue with delivery, got resolved easily. Would recommend to anyone, and buy again myself.

Refurbished Hag Capisco Chair
I was easily able to speak to the people at Corporate Spec about some changes to the chair (adding foot-ring and longer cylinder). The chair was delivered quickly and is in excellent condition for a refurbished item.

Excellent customer service
Good communication etc., products refurbished to a good standard.
Ordered an office chair and I had an issue with a faulty seat cushion.
When I contacted the company asking to replace the cushion (or upgrade at my expense), they replied within a few business hours and told me they'd look in storage for the cushion.
Within a day or so I received another email explaining that they would replace the entire chair.
It only took a few days from sending my original email to receiving a replacement.
No problems at all with the new chair and this one has 4D arms, which the previous one didn't.. so definitely worth the wait.

Happy to recommend to family and friends
Chair arrived quickly. Really pleased with the condition of the chair as was wary spending so much on a reconditioned chair. Whilst I don't have a new one to compare it with, the chair is in excellent working order, it is clean and odour free. Will happily return when I need a new chair and happy to recommend to family and friends.

A seemless experience
Ordered a herman miller mirra 2 full spec in black. The chair was as described, in excellent condition. Literally the only indication the chair isn't brand new is a tiny mark on one of the arms so at half the price of a brand new one I find that to be more than acceptable. All the mechanisms on the chair work as intended and feel smooth.
Delivery was suprisingly quick, a few days wait before it was shippped then it arrived in no time by fedex. The chair comes in a branded box and is already built, so just take it out and ready to go.
All around great experience would recommend and use again in the future

Classic Chair Looks New
Great selection of chairs, great classic designs, sturdy, table and lounge heights. My second time buying. You can't miss with these chairs. Refurbished looks brand new, great customer service with questions, fast delivery. Amazing price for quality. Found the perfect swivel chair without arms. When you need a sturdy, fits everyone, durable fabrics, and classic design - this is the place to shop.

I bought a Herman Miller Aeron chair from Corporate Spec 1 year ago, and it’s been a great investment. Overall, very satisfied with the purchase and would recommend them for quality office furniture.

Really Good Company
We bought a refurbed Herman Miller chair from this company. From start to finish our experience was excellent. Good communication all the way along. Delivery within the week, driven by themselves all the way from London to the Midlands - with a tracker so you could see where they were. Phone call and email 20 mins before they arrived and they carried our chair into the room for me. The driver was friendly and courteous and an email requesting a VAT receipt was answered with one within a couple of minutes. Excellent company, have already recommended them to friends and would buy from them again - they definitely deserve their 5 stars. Oh and the chair ... looks like brand new!

Amazing: Chair, Delivery, Service and Price
I saw other reviews saying the chair that other customers bought appeared brand new. After taking the plunge myself I can see what they mean. It's not 'Brand New', but the chair I got was in VERY good condition! I purchased it around midday on a Monday, and it was delivered 48 hours later (no special delivery charge, just standard). Honestly can't fault the product (or the customer service I received when I had questions). Very happy with the chair, price, delivery speed and support.
