Terrible customer service!
Customer service is now based in China or India. Beware. My order has never been delivered. They promised to refund after 5 working days but when I called they said they are going to wait for the couriers to get back to them which as we know how long it may take but usually they never do get back. I am submitting a fraud claim through my bank now.

Bei Cos.com wurde am 7.12.2ß25 ein Gutschein Zusendung als Geschenk gebucht, am 8.12.2025 von Cos.com auf der Scxheckkartenabrechnung abgebucht und am 8.1.2026 eingezogen.Da der Gutschein nicht zugeschickt wurde - großer Aufwand immer wieder bei Cos.com. gemeldet, wurde am 23.12.2025 bestätigt: Keine Versendung, Geld zurück.Es passierte nichts. Immer weiter nachgefragt, bei Cos.com. Durcheinander. -Jetzt erfolgt die Rückzahlung eines großen Betrages mit der Kreditenkartenabrechnung am 4.2.2026 - 6 Wochen, nachdem Cos.Com die Erstattung Direktüberweisung auf Mein Konto zugesagt hatte und dies beantragt war. Wegen dieser nur schlechten Erfahrung mit Cos.com und den Durcheinander der dortigen Abteilungen kann ich von Cos.com. nur abraten
The clothes are not as good
The clothes are not as good. The clothes used to be Scandinavian inspired - clean, simple lines and good quality - really fantastic clothes. Nowadays the clothes seem to be targetted at a younger clientele and don't have the lovely clean lines they used to have. I would always be spoilt for choice but nowadays I am lucky to find one or two items that I want to buy. Very disappointing.

I’ve ordered once from this company and they sent me incorrect items. Now fighting to get my money back. My bank is involved. Fraud stay away. They don’t care they just want your money. I’m out $600.
Poor service, still not delivered!
Still hasn’t been handed to courier and in the 15 days since ordering, it’s now discounted £40!
Contacted customer services and they were useless. Said delivery will be within the next 5 days so… 20 days since ordering and since I paid before the sale basically tough luck. They said I could return and reorder. Just refund the difference.
I will return and not order from Cos again which is a shame as I love their knitwear and have been a customer for years but fool me once…

Kaikki meni kuitenkin ongelmitta, eli turhaan huolestuin. Ainut miinus oli toimitusajan pituus (puolitoista viikkoa), mutta senkin selittivät osin välissä olleet joulun pyhät. Toimituksen etenemistä pystyi seuraamaan helposti, sähköpostitiedotus tilauksen etenemisestä oli hyvää ja tilattu tuote kuvatun kaltainen.

Exceptionally poor quality with no after sales resolution
Bought a long sleeve top in Martin Place store and found out one sleeve was 9cm shorter than the other after I returned to Brisbane. Contacted the company via email the next day (2 days after purchase) and they have only given me the run around - even though I've provided photos, receipt etc. The top was not washed and was only worn for a couple of hours - so nothing to do with me - just a plain old faulty garment that should never have made it out of the factory. I've made a complaint to the Office of Fair Trading in NSW - it is a garment that is not fit for purpose.
Update 29/12. Finally heard back from the store manager 3 weeks after I emailed customer service. They are offering refund if I post back at my expense. Still not happy with this. It is a garment that is not fit for purpose yet I will be out of pocket.
Absolutely appalling
Absolutely appalling. Customer service teams are happy to lie and mislead customers. They do not fulfil promises or agreed actions and are deliberately evasive. This is a highly dubious company - needs investigation. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from them. They may once have been a 'luxury' brand, but their operations are now unreliable, untrustworthy, and duplicitous. They will leave you on hold for hours until you give up and disconnect the call: awful, appalling, and substandard service, as well as poor-quality, overpriced clothes.
1 star is too much horrible customer service
1 star is too much, they do not answer. Pages to find questions or contact them ar PAGE NOT FOUND, facebook they don t answer for a week now. E mail NO RESPONS. This is RIDICULOUS
Good customer service
Even though my order was lost and it took them a few weeks to process everything before I received my refund, I found their customer service excellent and always willing to help.
Refused to accept online return install
Ordered a pair of shorts online. They came and weren’t quite right and fit in style that I wanted. Went into a cause Australia store to return. And they refused to take the product back because I had bought it online saying it was a different system. So incredibly frustrating that I now have to pay for these to be returned when I delivered them into the store. They’ve told me it was because it was a different system which has become the problem of the customer.
Newmarket staff- please train them!
Visited the Newmarket store with my wife today. As we enter, the 2 staff were too busy chatting and not even a simple HI or Hello. Poor customer service. You have amazing clothes but you need to employ and train staff who will represent your brand. They need to remember that the competition is massive and they will destroy your brand by having very poor customer service.
Messing up the order twice
As others mention they always seem to get the item in the order wrong I ordered grey variant received blue ones of pants still waiting for the refund on the last ones and the second order they once again messed up the color variant. I dont know how a store this big can be this incompetent

I called the Italian customer service based in the Netherlands because I’m expecting six refunds. The lady pretended there was no connection and didn’t help.
I’m talking about hundreds of euros in refunds.

Awful quality cashmere and service
Bought an expensive cashmere jumper that was worn just a few times before it came apart at seams. Customer service refused to refund or replace because it was over 6 months even though I had receipt. Shockingly bad quality and service.
