Terrible customer service. I ordered a 10ml bottle of pigment and received a 5ml bottle. I've tried contacting the number, it's unavailable, and I've emailed 3 times and I've still had zero response. So I've basically paid for something I didn't receive. Awful treatment of a paying customer. I definitely will not be using them again.

Communication, order processing, delivery were fast. I am very happy.

If I could give this company zero stars I would , I should have listened to my gut feeling after reading the bad reviews about " out of date" items being received by other customers..please read my experience below.

I ordered body moisturiser it arrived and immediately I checked the expiry date OUT OF DATE BY NEARLY A YEAR..now iv been trying to call them via there advertised phone number hung on and hung on , and you know what no answer ..surprise surprise.
Emailed them no response..
Sent Facebook messenger messages which they opened and never replied back to , now folks listen I am contacting Trading Standards, not only have I been silly enough buying from this company, but how dangerous is it letting this company away with the fact they are selling well out of date skin products , and then not even replying to various methods of communication..PLEASE DONT TAKE A CHANCE HERE and dont be fooled by the flashy advertising they are absolute scammers .. now im off to contact Trading Standards to bring this to there attention as I'm sure other people have to.

Ordered items including needle cartridges which arrived expired. Other items missing from order. Customer service is non existent you just get ignored. Eventually got a replacement which was also out of date

Very dissapointed in customer service.
Beginning of 2025, ordered 2 bottles of fix’d pmu remover.
Customers were having a bad reaction to the products, discovered I received 2 expired bottles.
Contacted customer service, they send 2 replacements. Had to pay €26 to DHL to receive the products. Again, received 2 expired products.
Contacted customer service, again, said they would refund the amount.
Now 1 month later, still have not received a refund and customer service is ignoring my reminders.
Disheartening experience. Not recommend.

Easy site to navigate - exceptional customer service. I had a query about the dates on the pigment bottles, so I emailed them. They replied straight away. All purchases are wrapped well and posted straight out. Will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you, Cosmedic Supplies.

First time ordering. Seemed fine until I got an email from DHL saying I had to pay another $75??? If didn't pay, they'll return the product to company. I'll let them return the product and never order from here again.

There are a few bigger sites in UK all PMU artists use however over the time I have found that Cosmetic Supplies is best in my option. You can always rely on next day delivery (even Saturdays), selection of high quality pigments and needles is second to none, prices are extremely competitive and I have never had any issues with any of the PMU supplies I have ordered through them. Would definitely highly recommend. Added bonus - they always have a sales section so you can accidentally put a little extra in your basket.

I’ve ordered from here many times over the last year or so. They are always very quick with delivery, responsive to emails and I still think their Luna+ cartridges are the best needles on the market. Thank you!
