bad service no response they did not respond

This is my first time order from cosme paradise. The product that I has ordered is great, very fast delivery. I am very happy with everything. I will order again next time for sure.

Placed my 1st order with them Nov'13, product never Delivered n when asked 4
Refund, was given lots of Excuses n kept Stalling as well as Don't really bothered 2 Respond 2 Emails until I Wrote about them.
All they have 2 do was Credit Refund back 2 my C/C but they said it can't be done.
Then they reply Refund was send 2 P/P but I Didn't Paid thru P/P so I Finally got my
Bank 2 Recovered it back 4 me. Their Delayed Tactic dragged on for 5Mths!!!!
I won't be Touching them even with a 10 Foot Pole, will be shopping on Aussie W/Sites
as well as checkin up on their Companies Reviews 1st b4 buyin anything.

I just place order in the morning, then I could get tracking number at the afternoon.
Only 3 days, I get the products.

I ordered a 90 dollar bottle of perfume and never received my package. These people are extremely unorganized in their efforts to make the customer happy. When you email them, they don't get back to you for a week and there is no number to call. The whole time I was speaking to a computer that did not listen to a word I said. Very bad customer service. And what an unpleasant website to buy from. I would not recommend this website to anyone who wants to spend over $1.

Products are imitations. In spite of proofs oppressive cosme paradise refuse to pay off. I open a dispute with paypal and send an e-mail the Chi Farouk with the explanations of cosme paradise.

It took me a while to find what I was looking for my sister. Then along came Cosme Paradise! Had exactly the perfume she wanted. The ordering process was easy and efficient and the order arrived quickly. What more could you ask for?
