Great course with cosmetic couture, very professional, all staff and tutors was very helpful and polite!

Called for some advice, having been trained by someone that was trained by them.
Met by a very angry, aggressive manager called cassie ?
Was not given the chance to finish my enquiry without her talking over me. Rude, clearly in the wrong job, needs retraining.
Was trying to enquire regarding future training but wouldn’t bother now or recommend if this is the attitude of the staff answering the phones.
Only gave 1* as had too. Definitely worth a ZERO.

I visited Cosmetic Couture yesterday for my botox, Heather was fantastic and really took the time to discuss what I wanted. I ended up having filler as well in my chin, which was carried out by Kyle in front of the students training there, I am so pleased with it, he was fantastic and a pleasure to work with, I have been going to CC for years, and cannot recommend enough

I had a very pleasant experience with Jane for my Rhinoplasty course, she was soo informative and went above and beyond to give me all the possible techniques to use for a successful filler rhinoplasty she also revisited complications with me and share invaluable information with me. Thank you ! Will be back soon for more course x

Wouldn’t train anywhere else. Kyle was absolutely amazing as always. So grateful to Cosmetic Couture for all of the support I have received during and after my courses. Thank you I will definitely be returning

Paid for a treatment half on the 5th August as a deposit and my appointment was 8th August. Turned up on the 8tj August (I don’t exactly live round the corner) and their was no product in stock to carry out the treatment- I asked for a refund and they said did I want filler anywhere and I only wanted the original treatment. I was offered temple filler which would have similar appearence but when I went into the room the women shown me what it would look like and then walked me to the reception without offering me the treatment, I asked for a refund again and was told to wait, eventually I just said I’ll rebook it as it was really awkward. I rebooked it for 18th August- the morning of the treatment I had a text saying it was cancelled. I asked for a refund again. Over a week later the refund still hasn’t been processed, they have used every excuse under the sun not to give me my money back, they have lied on Google reviews saying I have ignored them but due to being abroad I can only message over the internet. Shame on this company I will be going into my bank to get my money back, they have now blocked me from Instagram and have been ignoring me for the past few days. All I want is my money back from a treatment that wasn’t carried out because they didn’t have the product in stock. I advise you that if the same happens to you, you will not get a refund so be very careful if you are booking with this company. I have screenshots and bank statements to prove all of the above. Update 3 months later- cosmetic couture are trying to get my review taken off and I still have not received a full refund. I have received a partial refund as the bank has told them to but I have not yet received a full refund. I have reported this to the bank so I can received a full refund. Please do not get scammed by this company.

I have been coming to cosmetic couture for years now and have been a model and also seen practitioners. I have always had a positive experience.

Today I was treated by Heather. She is an absolute gem. Super gentle, very patient, reluctant to do too much which I appreciate and very knowledgable. Thank you Heather!

I visited yesterday for treatment for the first time, I was vey nervous with absolutely no need the staff were very supportive and professional.
My procedure was painless and the result is Wow!

Heather and her student Nikita were amazing, explained everything to me advising what I could expect from lip filler treatment after I had told them what result I wanted. I have had Heather previously for lip filler treatment and on both occasions found her to be very professional and a very good tutor she is on hand at every step of the treatment for her students and I feel very safe in her hands.

Amazing people here at the academy and very interactive and educating environment, shout out to Heather my teacher and Maxine the owner.

I attended a training session at cosmetic couture expecting to enhance my skills with advanced techniques as seen on their instagram. Sadly the experience was far from satisfactory.

I was provided misleading information when I clearly requested for advanced training, I was grouped with beginners and did not receive the promised advanced techniques in lipfiller, filler dissolving , advanced filler like forehead, temple, nose filler, tear through, pixy nose thread lift . I believe there is no advanced training course since they aren’t advanced themself.

Due to the fact they aren’t advanced, and probably don’t know the advanced techniques themselves, they couldn’t provide simple manuals for for filler techniques and stated to me that they don’t do manuals. The academy also promised to provide real models to practice on and they provided mannequins basically all my training was on mannequins. Clearly they lack english language since they give misleading information and don’t know the difference between a real model and a silicone one.
The second day of training was completely disorganised. They didn’t allow anyone to practice even after promising hands on experience. The instructor was dismissive and unhelpful. When i asked to do some of the advanced training they provided me with a singular syringe and told me to do it at home which is unacceptable. And my lip filler course was on paper which she draw lips and told me this the way I can do lips.

After all of this I raised my concerns with the academy itself through email. I requested a refund and it took them more than a month to respond, and offered free training and accommodation which i was willing to do since they don’t do refunds. It’s been a couple months now and I haven’t any follow-up communication.

I do not recommend this to anyone beginners or advanced you will learn nothing. The training they provided me doesn’t help you progress or start.

I strongly advise caution when considering enrolling with Cosmetic Couture. My experience with their Levels 4-7 Qualify Qualification course has been profoundly disappointing.

In October 2022, I paid £5,000 with the expectation of receiving a high-quality education. They were more focused on the sale and advising me I need this qualification for my future. Unfortunately, the reality has been far from professional. Initially, Cosmetic Couture did not provide any terms and conditions, it is simply hidden on their website, and when I sought a refund due to numerous issues, they attempted to impose new terms retroactively. It is crucial to note that if you pay on a sale price (which is funny because all of their courses are on sale), it is non-refundable—a fact they do not clearly disclose upfront.

The course was supposed to commence in January 2023 and conclude Level 4 by June 2023 yet by January 2024, I was still without a qualification and decided to withdraw myself from the course and seek other training elsewhere due to how awful my experience has been. Level 4 has been plagued with delays, a faulty online portal, and poorly executed materials, often copied from Google and fraught with inaccuracies. Practical sessions were repeatedly rescheduled. It is a disgrace. We were left to our own devices, with zero support or a point of contact.
We experienced a high turnover of tutors—three in total—none of whom were adequately qualified for the levels being taught. This lack of continuity and qualified instruction significantly impacted the quality of the training.

Despite multiple complaints submitted in August 2023, October 2023, and January 2024, and numerous follow-up emails in February, March, and April 2024, my concerns were consistently ignored. When I presented a formal complaint letter to Maxine, she initially refused to accept it until I asserted my rights. This experience left me in tears, feeling deeply disappointed and betrayed. The interaction was further exacerbated when Maxine and her sisters responded dismissively and without empathy.

After seeking training elsewhere in level 4, I cannot believe the disorganisation of this course and how awful I have been treated.

I am not the only one. This course started with 12 enrolled, however about 8 people also left this course due to the lack of proper training and all problems arisen during the level 4 course. They are also in the same position as me, no refund or even correspondence to their complaints.

In summary, Cosmetic Couture has failed to deliver on its promises, neglected student concerns, and exhibited unethical business practices. I advise seeking a reputable and transparent training provider who can actually deliver this qualification to standard, to avoid the frustrations and disappointments I have encountered. Do not give your hard earned money with this company, because that is all they care about. Money.

I wasted over 12 months of my valuable time and money, which I will probably never see again.

I will now be taking this further, as they should not get away with this neglect when they claim they are UK's number 1 training academy. It is purely money driven. They do not care about student support. They do not have the proper practices in place to gain you your level 4, 5 or 7.

It is also extremely concerning that they are in process of liquidating Cosmetic Couture LTD yet are still trading under Cosmetic Couture Education LTD with her sister Sharon, as the director. However, Maxine is very much involved as you can see from the website.

They have taken my money and refused to acknowledge my complaints. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
