Dear Claire, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused it was a technical glitch due to that it happened. Things have recovered thereafter, and we have been in touch on email as well for the same issue which got resolved thereafter.
Harassed by so many emails
I have woke up this morning to over 400 emails saying my order has been delivered and to write a review on trust pilot.
Well here is your review! I will not be ordering from you again!

Never again
Never again - Nothing especially good for delivery timing having bought several items on same day and this one was 2~3 days later arriving than others. Packaging again nothing special and below average. Worst part of experience hence low score is the bombardment of emails since midnight and currently standing at nearly 800 so far!!
Seller now set as Junk mail........goodbye you lost my future business!
