Wir haben zum wiederholten Male bei Cosmocars gebucht und sind absolut begeistert!

Die Abwicklung war extrem schnell und unkompliziert, und die Lieferung direkt zu unserem Hotel hat perfekt geklappt. Ein großer Pluspunkt: Der Chef Andros spricht hervorragend Deutsch, was die Kommunikation super einfach macht.

Auch im Ernstfall zeigt sich der tolle Service: Wir hatten leider einen kleinen Parkunfall, bei dem uns jemand ins Auto gefahren und einfach abgehauen ist. Eine kurze Info per E-Mail an Andros hat völlig gereicht – alles wurde absolut entspannt und kundenfreundlich geregelt!

Preislich haben wir für den Zeitraum einen wirklich sehr guten und fairen Preis bekommen. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder ein Auto mieten. Vielen Dank für alles!

Excellent experience! The team was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful from start to finish. The entire rental process was smooth, quick, and hassle-free. The car was in excellent condition, clean, modern, and very well maintained. Their outstanding customer service and attention to detail made the whole experience enjoyable. We had a very bad experience with this company. They have collected the car 2 day early without any notice or refund. The reason we were given was that we have visited most popular tourist attractions in Crete, Balos Bay. According to them it was off road driving. We were not aware that it was so as we had to pay for that road fee €3 and parking fee €3. Most of other cars going and parked there were rented. Also, person collecting the car was screaming at us in the hotel at 10pm in front of our 1,5 year old kid. Our things, like a buggy, extra jumpers, hats and so on were collated without our knowledge, they there tossed at the hotel lobby without letting us know. Our holiday was ruined due to this experience.

Perfect service. Car was waiting outside the airport and dropped it off at the same place as we departed. The car was low mileage, clean and well maintained. No hidden fees or deposits and full insurance, much more reassurance than companies that offer lower prices but expect huge deposits.

Die komplette Abwicklung des Mietwagens war sehr unkompliziert. Das Auto wurde zum Hotel gebracht und dort auch wieder abgeholt. Wir empfehlen Easyrent Cosmocars gerne weiter.

We were very satisfied with our rental from Chania Easyrent Cosmocars. Communication was excellent throughout, the car provided was exactly as requested and in very good condition, and the whole process went smoothly — from collecting it in the middle of the night to returning it, everything was hassle-free. The only observation is that our vehicle had a large company sticker on the side doors, while other rental companies seemed to use more discreet markings, usually just a small logo on the rear window. Overall, we highly recommend them.

Highly recommended EasyRent Cosmopolitan! The car was clean, well-maintained, and ready on time. The whole process from pick-up to drop-off at the airport was super easy. Je suis très satisfait de ma première expérience avec Easyrent Cosmocars en Crète. La réservation par mail sur internet, les démarches sur place, la livraison à notre hôtel, tout a été simplifié au maximum. La voiture était en bon état, propre, nous n'avons pas eu de problème et avons pu visiter librement la Crète. Je reviendrais sans problème vers cette société.

We were met at the airport. Handover was quick and straightforward. Car parked just outside and off we went. We had a lovely car to explore Crete. 100% recommend this car hire company.

Comme son nom l’indique, easy rent !! Hyper facile à louer une voiture chez eux et pour pas si cher. J’ai pris une location pour 4 mois et franchement rien de négatif à dire. Ils sont toujours arrangeant et répondent rapidement. Je recommande fortement !!!

We'd highly recommend Easyrent Cosmocars. Andros replied quickly to any queries I had via e mail before and after booking, he was friendly and professional. The car was almost new and immaculate, it was brought to out hotel and drop off at the airport was easy. We would definitely use them again if we return. Everything included, no dreadful last minute pressure selling of extras which we have had with the big well known companies. We have hired cars many times abroad and this was by far the best experience.
