Total scam sells fake products

Don’t buy, it’s a total scam. We are glad we run a test order before making a big purchase. We never received our package although it says it got delivered and customer service Dan via WhatsApp ( I mean.. this was already a red flag right smh) is not professional at all.

I even think some positive reviews are fake. Also after learning how this company was, even you received your orders successfully, it’s most likely not authentic.

You contacted us via WhatsApp at 12:30 AM, and by 12:45 AM a member of our team, Dan, had already responded. From the outset, you accused us of being a scam and threatened a chargeback before allowing any time for a proper investigation or resolution.

Your situation is unfortunate, but it was already explained to you that we would initiate a formal investigation during business hours. What occurred here is a carrier issue with DHL—your shipment was scanned as “delivered” prematurely. This is rare, but it does happen, and we’ve successfully resolved similar cases many times.

We have a strict policy of honouring every order, regardless of cost, and we stand behind that. To suggest our products are fake or that our business is fraudulent—without evidence and before resolution—is not appropriate. For your reference, we are licensed distributors in Portugal, and this documentation can be provided upon request.

We will continue working with DHL to resolve your case and ensure proper delivery. However, the tone and approach you’ve taken have been unprofessional from the beginning. Once this matter is resolved and your order is fulfilled, your account will be closed.

We take pride in what we do, and we expect a basic level of professionalism in return.

I’d like to leave a positive review for Cosmodirectsupply and especially for Dan, who assisted me with my order.
Dan was very responsive, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer my questions and guide me when there was some confusion with shipping and payment, and I really appreciated his calm and professional communication.
Thank you for the support and good customer service — it made a stressful situation much easier to handle.

Slow shipping , Worth the Wait

After thirteen days, my order finally arrived. At first, I was disappointed with the delay and the lack of updates. But once I received the products, which look genuine and of good quality, I changed my mind. That’s why I’m updating my review. Hopefully, future orders will be handled more smoothly, but overall I’m happy with the quality of the items I received.
