Paid express delivery, after a while i sent mail to the cofimed email i got and asked for my order. Got an answhere real fast and information about delivery difficulties. Today i resieved it. Came in an envelope and a string bag each piece. Missing a box for them i feel a flat one id could essemble if it was a gift witch it is. This is why its not 5 stars from me.

There was a defect with one of my orders and they took care of it with no problem at all. Great service no other words. Now the delivery time is a bit longer, i dont really care about that so its not problem for me at all. Great company!!

I ordered a few bracelets like a whole month ago and still have not received them. I sent out an email asking if the staff knew anything about its whereabouts but a week later and i still have no answer. Neither did they send a confirmation email that the package was even on its way.
Kinda shitty because i spent 35 bucks on that. I feel duped.

order #E7863 from cosmos bracelets they deducted the money on 2nd of Nov 2022 and confirm on the 8th of November 2022 and till today i didn't receive it.

i wrote my address right to make sure everything goes well and recive my order

but after a month of lateness.
I mailed them to check why till now I didn't recive my order wondering if it usual to take that much of time to receive it or there is some problems on the shipping process.
also i asked them if there is anything possible that i can make from my side to solve the problem

but the answer was like this :

After verification it appears your order could not be delivered as the original address you provided us with was incomplete. As per our shipping policy, we are unable to reship the order for free. We apologies for this inconvenience and hope you can understand.

They blaming me and say my address is not complete.

to make the mistake appears from my side not from their team

and they don't want to send me the bracelets or money back
they send me a voucher with less percentage from what i already get on my first order.
they are kidding me
they want me to order again and pay more money and after not receiving the order again they will say the same thing for the second time
how can i trust them again
are we get bitten from the same hole twice...

Hello everyone, I've got one really cheap just paying the shipping cost thanks to a SweatCoin promo code and I can't really complain about it at all, maybe shipping is not the fastest ever but I've got mine today and I really like it! If you have never heard of these guys, you are missing out! Not only is their customer service beyond excellent, but their workmanship and design is amazing 👌🏽. Compared to other companies, these are relatively cheap for a very high-quality bracelet (in other words, the price-quality ratio is much higher). I received mine in about a month, but it can vary depending on a lot of things (either sooner or later, it depends). Overall, I do not see a reason for a jewelry lover NOT to buy one, or several, of these bracelets. It started with just one (from a Sweatcoin promotion), and then I ordered 4 more, and I don’t regret it! Look around on their site (cosmos-bracelets.com), you might find something to your style.
