Partial refund offered but still awaiting detail as to how to claim

Wrote to Cosori asking how I could obtain a part for my Air Fryer. They replied promptly saying my particular model was discontinued but offering a partial (25%) refund if I purchased a new model. I thought this was excellent service so requested details as to how I could obtain refund if I purchased a new model as offered (and as suggested) by them, three emails later and still no response. Now uncertain that their Customer Services is of any use. Cannot understand why they offered a refund of part of purchase price but will not provide information as to how to claim Cosori Air Fryer Model CP158-AF Premium 5.8 Quart 5.5 L.

I tried one last attempt, my fifth email. Cosori responded and apologised with details of how to claim refund. Once I claim I will edit my review if the claim is paid without issue.

We were given a cosori pressure cooker…

We were given a cosori pressure cooker as a present which cooks delicious food. When we had a problem with it (which was caused by our own mistake) customer service were really great at helping resolve the issue. Thank you, Juliette

First class customer service

First class product and excellent customer service.
Had an issue with coating coming off crisper plate. Emailed Bella at customer service and its being replaced. We love our air fryer and are delighted by the care shown by Bella and the speed of getting this settled.

First off i love the cosori brand and…

First off i love the cosori brand and was using my air fryer near daily, sometimes twice, so was a bit upset when the non stick coating started to wear off. Contacting Cosori couldn't have been more simple. I explained my issue and to my surprise they sent me out a brand new air fryer. Can't ask for better than that

Excellent Product and Customer Service

We purchased a COSORI AIR FRYER MODEL
CAF-LI401S in 2022 so it is now out of its two-year warranty. We had no prior knowledge of air fryers and it is probable that we purchased Cosori because it was one of a few white ones available. Lucky us! It has been faultless, easy to use and clean and we haven't had any cooking failures. We did purchase a second air-fryer from another manufacturer because it had two baskets. We returned it after one week because it was far to complicated to set-up and use - maybe our problem as we are in our mid-eighties. Recently we noticed one of the silicone stoppers supporting the Cosori crisper plate was partially broken so we asked Cosori where we could purchase a replacement. Their response was that they do not sell them in the UK but, as a gesture of goodwill, they would supply free-of-charge a replacement crisper plate. Our exchanges with Cosori were handled by Anita who represented her company extremely well. Cosori are highly recommended by us.

First class Product and First class Service.

I have had the Cosori Dual Blaze for about two and a half years and it has been and still is performing faultlessly.
In that time there have been several questions I had regarding the unit and each time Cosori's Customer Service have been excellent (shout out to Anita) who responded quickly, politely and professionally.

I can only speak as I find and in the case of Cosori's product and after sales service, it has been first class and I have no hesitation recommending them.

Cosori 8.5ltr Dual Air Fryer

I recently purchased the Cosori 8.5-Quart Dual Air Fryer, attracted by its sleek design, large capacity, and the assurance that the baskets were dishwasher safe, a key selling point for me in terms of convenience.

Functionally, the air fryer performs very well. It cooks evenly, is user friendly, and fits well in a modern kitchen setup. However,

I’ve encountered a notable design issue that unfortunately impacts the overall experience and may concern other users as well.

After washing the drawers in the dishwasher a few times, I noticed moisture accumulating between the inner and outer layers of the clear front window of each basket. This seems to be caused by water seeping through the window edges during cleaning.

The effect is similar to condensation inside double-glazed windows, unsightly and increasingly difficult to ignore.

Over time, this trapped moisture raises hygiene concerns, as it could potentially lead to mold or bacteria growth in an area that is not accessible for proper cleaning or drying.

This design flaw is particularly surprising coming from a well regarded and trusted brand like Cosori.
I had expected more durability and attention to long term use, especially since the dishwasher safe claim was a significant factor in my decision to purchase.

I hope Cosori takes this feedback seriously and considers improving the sealing design on future models or providing guidance for owners who are experiencing this issue.

It would be great to see an updated product or even a solution offered to existing customers who value both function and hygiene in their kitchen appliances.

Poor Customer Relations

Waited a week for delivery then contacted by courier to say package damaged inform supplier . Cosori customer service is quick to reply with automated emails but replacement sent at a snails pace again .I asked for a speedier delivery but received no reply .

Update on above Cosori asked for my details etc. Then sent an email saying they couldn't help as they were NOT located in the UK. Appalling service indeed

I bought the dual blaze air fryer a…

I bought the dual blaze air fryer a couple of years ago and have been delighted with it - hardly ever turn our oven on now. Unfortunately I dropped the drawer (entirely my fault) and broke the handle. I emailed the company to see if I could buy a replacement, and although they didn't offer this option, they did send me a new one completely free! Exceptional service.
