I received my order and there was issues with the construction of the costume I purchased. I got the size I was meant to, however the straps at the top of the dress were improperly sewn together, making the costume unwearable. I emailed support@cosplaylab as instructed on their website the day I got the package in the mail because according to their website you have to provide them with the reason for wanting a return before they will even consider refunding. I have received no response and have just come to terms that they got $90 from me. While I understand that premade cosplay costumes in this price range aren't the best quality, I still think for $90 it should be wearable and it was not. For anyone reading this that is thinking about buying anything from them, I want you to know I built my own costume from individual pieces off of SHEIN for a total of $60 and it came out way better. don't give this company your money.

Costume took forever to ship. when it arrived it was in the wrong size. no support either.

I bought a hermione Yule ball gown. Received it within 7 days after ordering. Really fast shipping and premium quality.they is their size chart female size M fit me perfectly.

Bought an Omni Man costume with boots. I requested zippers on sleeves and crotch and custom size. They responded my costume wasn’t available in custom sizes. Which was annoying because it allowed me to put all the info in. Took 4 weeks to recieve it

When I got it there were no zippers except the back. However, the quality was insanely good and the fit was perfect. It looks movie quality to me. If it weren’t for the zippers I would give this 5 stars.

I ordered a Danny Phantom Jumpsuit on October 16th and paid $29.99 for the DHL Express option, which took about 3 days to get to NY all the way from China. When it arrived, I tried it on right away and although it isn't a premium costume, the costume was of average, satisfactory quality and was very comfortable. The Danny Phantom Jumpsuit was spandex by the way. This is a Chinese-run costume shop and all the items ship from there, so I would recommend paying extra for DHL Express if you place an order around the time I did. I would recommend this costume shop since they make a lot of unique and cool costumes that other shops don't offer!
