I absolutely like this wax melt company! The scent throw is good snd it fills the room well. The fragrance is true to description and lasts for hours, only wish there were more foodie scents though as the choices are very limited and a lot of similar scents, They do melt evenly and don’t lose scent too fast, which is a huge plus. Perfect for creating a cozy or relaxing atmosphere. I’ll definitely be a regular customer and trying more scents from this company! Customer service was good as well for the one issue I had, friendly and professional

Since this company changed ownership & now have moved to different premises further afield.Only 2 original staff remaining,mostly work from home now.They have recruited a whole lot new staff.Things have went downhill fast.Maybe they should teach their new staff some basic customer service instead of them fooling around acting so stupid in these silly videos they post. Not acceptable receiving wrong orders or packed with very little or no protection.Massive delay in despatch time & very little or no communication when contacted & trying to chase them up.Puts you off buying from them now & I am seeking out other decent companies out there as there's plenty off them!!!

This review was writen 3rd November when things were not good with cosy aromas along with other people that I can see also given 1 star reviews around similar time.So why might I ask as this review maybe taken down?? I thought trustpilot was for honest reviews on companies. Clearly to me Cosy Aromas don't like to receive 1 star reviews!!! & why has it taken them almost 4 months to bring it to the attention of trustpilot?

Tried this company for the first time , placed order 9 days ago , still not showing as despatched , was told after 5 days they are back logged with orders and order was being picked that day , order is still not despatched , sent 3 emails asking for a refund have been completley ignored , rude and unproffesional is an understatement for this company , will be seeking money back through my bank since cozy aromas don't have the common decency to reply to emails

Have been using Cody Aromas for quite a while, their despatch sometimes can be slow. This time I placed an order & 10 days later still hasn't arrived, I appreciate things happen but this isn't my issue. Twice I have tried their chat to track down my order, it says they respond in minutes however they don't respond at all. Twice I have sent a on-line contact form to trace order, they say they respond in 24 hours, I'm still waiting more than 3 days later. Finally I have sent a message via Facebook messenger, still waiting the courtesy of a reply. My order status still remains as 'unfulfilled' so I am loosing hope I will receive my order & probably the £33 I have spent. Needless to say they have lost my faithful custom. I fully understand things go wrong or get missed, but it's how you put it right that's important, but if they ignore your communication how can they explain & put things right for their customers !
In this time I decided to order from another popular candle company and the order has arrived & their tarts burning away happily.

I had by far the worst experience with their client services team and clearly I will never but never buy from them again. I used to love Cosy Aromas and they ruined my perception of the brand. I ordered 8 wax melts, only received 5 and I spent weeks and tens of messages with their custumer support team members with them literally mugging me off by saying that the outstanding melts have been sent and then that they will be sent shortly. After TWO WEEKS from ‘shortly’ still nothing. Total disrespect and lack of care! A shame as the melts are lovely but ordering from them it’s like lottery. If there are any issues with your order, it will very likely not be sorted and you’ll lose your money and your patience trying to deal with them. I am surprised that they are still on the market!

I have been a longstanding customer for years. I noticed it was different but that was ok I thought. Recently I placed an order with Cosy Aromas and I was sent the very small wax melts - seven of them( 25gm) I think. I also ordered a room spray. I was charged £32.99 for this. I tried by email to contact them twice - no reply.No way this order should come to this amount. I loved the old wax melts from cosy aromas and now I see the change since Paul and Tamar have left. Some of my previous purchases before this one I noticed the scent didn't last as long as the previous ones from cosy aromas. I am sad and disappointed that the present customer service has not addressed my recent query and you have lost a customer for your lack of concern. I am very disappointed.

Been ordering from Cosy Aromas for a good few years now. I’ve tried others in the past,
but found these wax melts amazing, and last!
Always kept up to date on exact delivery, which is only a few days. And, if there’s a query, the team do their utmost to reply promptly.
I always look forward to the new additions. Although I don’t always purchase them, unless it’s a scent I like.
My most recent purchase was Hippy Chick, a scent that’s just up my street. Cosy absolutely nailed it, I love it! ♥️
